그런데 전체 금연 객실임에도 다른 객실에서 화장실에서 몰래 담배를 펴서 우리 객실 화장실과 객실전체에 담배냄새가 꽉차서 잠을 잘 못잤습니다.
문제 객실에 대한 좀 확실한 대처를 바로 해주셨다면 좋았을텐데 아쉽습니다.

“늘 창원에 드리게 되면 여기서 머무르게 됩니다 남자친구와 함께 머무르기 너무 좋은 숙소입니다 매번 ㅇㄱㅇㄸ 이용하다가 호텔스닷컴으로 예약하게 되었는데 체크인 시간이 다르게 적혀 있어서 혼선이 오기는 했지만 직원분이 친절하고 따듯하게 대해주셨습니다 우선 숙소는 항상 깔금하고 깨끗하게 되어 있어요 그리고 숙소 방에 들어서는 순간 원목 디자인으로 되어 있어서 따듯한 기분이 들어서 아주 좋습니다 욕실도 깨긋하고 욕조가 엄청커서 사용하기 엄청 편하게 되어 있습니다 창문도 있어서 답답하지 않고 아침에 일어나면 엄청 상쾌해요 생수도 무료로 늘 구비되어 있고 아침 조식도 무료여서 먹을수 있게 준비해주시고 신경써주시는게 느껴져요 창원에서 머무르게 되신다면 추천하고 싶네요 ”

조명이 조금 어두운 편인데, 전 밤 늦게 체크인 해서 잠만 잔 편이라 크게 거슬리진 않았어요.
같은 이유로 청결과 관련하여 특별히 눈에 띄는 더러움은 없었습니다.
오전에 작은 미니바에서 조식을 먹을 수 있는데, 일정 때문에 못 먹은게 아쉽네요.

"Hotellet var väldigt fint . Bra kommunikation, tillgång till shoppingcenter, god frukost , em te och happy hour ( har bokat ett club rum) Trevlig personal . I Busan var det smidigt och billigt att åka taxi . Ända minus var att engelska språket är lite på gränsen ( även om min engelska är di så där). "
"Was a bit worried about noise from the train station, since it's so close, but you didn't even notice it!
It's very conveniently located, just half a block from the central station, which means it's very easy to catch a bus or metro to where ever you are going!
There is a lot of good food options in the area around the hotel, making it easy to find something that suits your taste.
They will only clean your room daily of you ask them to, which I think is great since it is better for the environment to not clean unnecessarily. Otherwise they clean the room every 4 days. Fresh towels are provided daily.
The staff is VERY helpful and will do their utmost to help you with any problem, no matter if it's related to your stay at the hotel or if you need help with which bus to take, or a recommendation of a restaurant.
It is well worth the price!"
