Fresh linens, towels, and toiletries are provided, along with a welcome basket of coffee, tea, bottled water, and a local Alaskan sweet treat.

Sleeping & Amenities
The bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, while the living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa—ideal for additional guests. Please note that the full bathroom is accessed through the bedroom. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with smart TVs for your entertainment.

Guests will also enjoy fast WiFi and the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. A private driveway located in front of the unit can accommodate two vehicles. Guests will access the space through a gate and keyless entry to the front door.

Guesthouse is separate from the main house. You may see our chocolate lab in the backyard on occasion, she’s a sweetheart and loves to make new friends!
