Öppet boende som inbjuder dig att koppla av i den eleganta känslan av detta två sovrum, två badrum lägenhet. Bekvämt beläget vid vattnet, 1 mil norr om Juneau-Douglas-bron med fantastisk utsikt över Gastineau Channel, Mt. Juneau och Mt. Roberts och centrum.

Väl inne i den moderna lyxen på 1200 kvadratmeter kanske du frestas att njuta av hemets atmosfär och omgivande naturskönhet inomhus. Kikare och teleskop finns för att se havsfåglar, skalörnar, sälar, valar, hjortar och bergsgetter från dina bildfönster.

Öppenheten och det naturliga ljuset tar omedelbart andningen när du kommer in i ytterdörren. Vardagsrummet, matsalen för sex, kök med barstolar för fyra alla öppnar direkt till en expansiv gård perfekt för grillning på gratis BBQ, spela gräsmatta eller värma vid eldstaden. En stor lindning runt däck med glasräcke låter dig njuta av hindrad utsikt. Medan stranden och bäcken erbjuder lugn utanför dörren.

Ett välutrustat kök inkluderar bänkskivor i massivt glas och kvarts, diskmaskin i rostfritt stål och kyl / frys, mikrovågsugn, elektrisk platta / ugn med fast yta och skräpavfall, allt med utsikt över kanalen och bergen.

En fantastisk 180˚-utsikt över kanalen välkomnar dig till det king-size sovrummet och eget badrum med badkar och dusch från golv till tak.

Gästdrottningen sovrum med utsikt över vatten och naturligt ljus kommer att behaga dina känslor. Gästbadrummet är fristående med duschkabin i slutet glas.

Den staplade tvättmaskinen / torktumlaren ligger utanför köket dold av ett uttalande skjutande lada dörr som delas med walk-in skafferi / verktygslager

Den gemensamma ingången ansluts till 6-rymdsparkeringen med en trappuppgång. En gång inuti och ytterligare trappsteg leder ner till enhetens ingång. Det finns en extra egen ingång som leder till vardagsrummet. (Båda ingångarna kräver trappor. Tramalternativet är dock tillgängligt på begäran för att få tillgång till den gemensamma posten.)

Utforska downtown Juneau (1. 8 miles) eller Douglas (3 miles) på gratis cyklar. Skidåkare och ryttare kommer att njuta av Eaglecrest Ski Resort bara 10 miles away. Kom och upplev Juneaus naturliga skönhet, utmärkt mat, rik historia och gott om shopping!

The property is beautiful. The access was a little hard at first, but once we found our way it was a breeze. (We came in at 3am so it was quite dark!). Everything was super clean and comfortable, and the view is just unreal. It is a lovely space.

Great spot, beautiful and cozy

We really enjoyed our stay here. Location is very convenient - quick drive to downtown Juneau and things on Douglas island. Well equipped kitchen, great couch for watching movies, comfy beds. Amazing view.

Gastineau Channel

We had the most relaxing vacation in this beautiful home. It is exactly as pictured with stunning views of the channel. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of wildlife and watching the tide was very interesting. Just far enough away from town to still have easy access to all things in Juneau. Michael was a perfect, helpful host. We were reluctant to leave and hope to return during a different season.

Best place in Juneau

This was my second stay at this beautiful home. I really cannot express how wonderful the location and amenities are. Imagine hearing a waterfall every time you step outside ir open your bedroom window, seeing mule deer playing in the waters outside your doorstep, watching eagles fly by all day long. This is the place! At one point we saw approximately 15 eagles hanging out on the sandbar early one morning. The location couldn't be more convenient. Right across the bridge is downtown Juneau. But just far enough away that you feel isolated and have a fabulous view of the mountains. I wish this review would allow me to post pics!

Private Juneau Getaway

Wife and I treated our daughter and our 10 yr old grandson to an Alaskan trip. The house is perfect for a secluded stay but still close to the Juneau port to take in all the tourist tours and restaurants (6 minute drive). House has been updated and is beautiful. The host is very responsive and attentive to any questions you may have. Highly recommend this place for your Juneau stay.

Incredible location, view and feel!

This is my wife and I’s second time staying at this property, and we’ve absolutely loved it both times. We came in the winter, and summer and each offer spectacular experiences. The view cannot be beat, and the updated nature of this property is a major plus. Would stay here again 10/10 times

Luxury in nature

If you dream of being bathed in the bounty of natures luxury then this place is for you. Accommodations: this immaculately appointed two bedroom House was perfection. Kitchen is decently stocked with basic spices, locally roasted coffee was here for use. With high-quality kitchen appliances, and modern styling, the interior was perfectly in tune with the beauty of nature that surrounds. Beds in each bedroom were very comfortable with quality linens. Master bedroom with large panoramic picture window looking out to the bay. We were in the upper unit, there were other guests in the lower unit. Deck on the back of the house has panoramic view of the (I believe) gastineau chanel. With a cruise ships visible in the distance. This house is truly surrounded by nature With eagles ever present. Wonderful view of the channel gives you an appreciation for the tides. One morning at low tide, a harbor seal was patrolling the Coast just off the deck. There are blueberries, watermelon berries, salmon berries, raspberries on the property. We enjoyed the fire pit two nights when the weather allowed. (It rained about 50% of the time of our visit). Firewood was present however we needed to supplement with locally purchased split firewood. The location is excellent, A car is necessary as it is just out of town. Proximately five minute drive to downtown Juneau. 15 to 20 minutes to the airport. The house is located on Douglas island, which offer some additional privacy for those seeking to get away while being very close to town. The only note the feedback I would give is the windows did not have fully dark out shades, and the light of summertime may challenge those unaccustomed to the long Alaskan summer days. (bring an eyeshade…) I would highly recommend this home. We shall recommend highly to our friends, and hope to come back again soon.

Perfect place to recharge on your adventure

We forwent a cruise in order to explore more of the real Juneau experience. We’ve never been more happy about that decision. The house was amazing. All the amenities we needed with an impeccable view. We had a soar of eagles fighting over their catch- a salmon right off the deck. The beds and bedding were wonderfully comfortable. We had access to fishing poles, a few chairs and even bikes. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your views and property!

Beautiful location and beautiful house right on the water. This is one of the nicest places we’ve stayed. We really enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the morning. We saw deer on the property and 3 bald eagles stopped for a visit.
