“Incheckningen var en mardröm, fyra personer och 30 minuter. Hotellet samlar in alldeles för mycket information, det är mycket komplicerat och tidskrävande. Man glömde att tilldela guldförmåner men gjorde det efter påpekande. Det finns två restauranger, en mycket dyr buffet och en barservering. Detta utbud är lite för litet.”

“Unfortunately, our stay here was very disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was much worse than we expected from the photos and description online. We found several areas that were dirty and clearly had not been cleaned thoroughly before our arrival.
Another major issue is that the hotel listing is very misleading. They use beautiful photos of nearby attractions and scenic areas in a way that makes it appear as though these places or views are...
“Very nice and affordable hotel in an area that otherwise is full of high-end hotels. The staff in reception was very helpful. The close neighbourhood has a lot of Korean restaurants as well as a Starbucks, which is good as I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.”
