“The best thing about the property is how the downstairs is a great gathering area with it being primarily a great room… we had a family reunion and had so much fun being together all day and then the bedrooms are spread out for some great privacy at nite. ”

It is essentially a small "mother-in-law" cottage at the rear of the backyard of the host's house, with a separate entry off the side of the main house, and parking available on the host's driveway.
