“This was a cute and cozy place, very close to beach and resturants. Room was nice and cold. The shower handles are backwards, so cold is hot and hot is cold. The courtyard is cute with a small above the ground pool nice area for sitting BBQ Grill didn't use the area as it was being used by a large family taking up most of the space so we did not utilize the area. ”

“This is hands down the best spot to stay in West Palm. The place is perfectly situated in the heart of Rosemary Square and walking distance to everything you need. “Property is clean, everything looks new then to get to the bathroom. Shower is in fast need of an upgrade. Water pressure is terrible and toilet does not flush properly. Vanity is dated, but works okay.”

“The property was great. Not far from I95 so getting around was easy. The property had obviously been refurbished and the decor was fantastic. Though we didn’t use it the back yard was nice and tranquil looking. The best thing was all the TV’s had all the streaming services available. We didn’t use the kitchen but it was nicely equipped. We really relaxed in the property once we came back home, making our stay very enjoyable.”

“Be warned. It's very small but if you know that it's otherwise ok. Listing says it sleeps 4 but... there is no way 2 adults can sleep on the convertable couch. It's not a full size bed. Would sleep 2 kids maybe.”

“This place was P E R F E C T for my wife and I! Four night stay in this hidden gem for her birthday. She loves the beach and we were right across the street. The beach was beautiful. The area was great. The room is as described and you just don’t need anything, bikes, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, wagon to haul gear to beach. Great restaurants nearby. Simply Awesome”

“Our unit was fantastic. It is in a quaint little neighborhood that has probably been there way before all of the grand hotels. As with any older home you can tell it is older which gives it charm. The owners have done a great job updating the interior. The beds were comfy. Big deal for us! We enjoyed walking to the beach and shops and restaurants. The only thing I could add would be beach gear but I am sure that is hard to keep in rental. The neighbors were super nice.”
