The condo was remodeled in 2021 and 2024 and can accommodate up to 3 guests with a King-size bed in the bedroom and a Full-size sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area includes modern furniture with island-inspired decor and a large flat-screen TV. Split A/C units and ceiling fans in the living room and bedroom keep you cool.

This 3rd-floor unit features a private lanai with a dining table for 3 and a lounge chair. Dine al fresco on the lanai while watching gorgeous Maui sunsets or watch for whales, in season. Large sliding doors provide great views from the indoor dining table if you choose to dine indoors. The fully equipped kitchen was remodeled in 2024 featuring new Quartz countertops. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances and everything you need for meal preparation. Ample counter space makes meal prepping easy and provides additional counter seating for 3. Pack light! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

Parking is free for one vehicle; additional vehicles are $5/day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival.

Papakea Resort is completing property improvement projects. Guests should expect construction noise during daytime working hours. Dates and work areas are subject to change due to weather, tides, or field conditions. Please contact our office for complete details on the following resort improvement projects.
· Walkway Coating Project. Dates August–November 2026. Scope of work: Remove existing traffic coating, concrete repair and resurface preparation (including grinding), application of multi-coat traffic coasting system (each layer requires extended drying time). Work hours are 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. During demolition, preparation, and repair work, walkways and the elevator will remain open to foot traffic. Occupants should expect construction noise and dust particularly during the grinding activities. During the walkway coating and drying time, AOAO staff will be stationed on the lanai side of the building to assist with screened access to occupied condos as the entry door will not be accessible. Work progression: Work will begin at the A building and work in building letter progression. Work on the B Bldg is slated for 8/13-8/24/2026.
· Phase I Seawall Repair Project. Dates August 10-September 2026. Scope of work: Replace rocks along the ocean side of the seawall and backfill the sinkholes that have developed adjacent to the seawall. General Construction work hours 8am to 5pm Mon-Fri. Ocean-Side Rock Restoration 6am to 7pm Mon-Fri depending on daily tide conditions. Work progression: Work will begin at the Lanai ocean side stairs area. Work will then progress from North to South, which is subject to change. Rock stacking will begin where ocean and beach conditions allow.
