Very comfortable, well appointed condo. The host has provided many things to make your stay more comfortable from basic condiments to beach chairs, laundry detergent, napkins and cleaning supplies. The views are stunning with no palm trees to block your view of the whales and turtles that you can watch from your lanai.

Stunning Condo. Gorgeous ocean views, beautifully furnished and very clean. The building and grounds are very well maintained as is the pool and hot tub. Location is awesome on the north end of Kaanapali Beach.

The GOOD: Spectacular ocean view from floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and from the large lanai! Very nice and updated clean unit. The washer and dryer inside the condo were a huge plus. Literally only steps to the beach with amazing snorkeling. Saw turtles from our unit feeding close to shore every morning. Saw dozens of Spinner Dolphins breaching the water and spinning in the air! Miles and miles of boardwalk from the resort.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Very close to grocery store, restaurants, and courtyard with abundance of food trucks. The BAD: The only huge negative for us was the glass on the front door really warmed up the room from the morning sun, and the shade on the floor-to-ceiling window on the other side of the room didn't do much to keep the afternoon sun from baking/heating the living room. The bedroom had actual curtains to keep afternoon heat down, which created a huge disparity between the bedroom and living room temperatures. And 1 minor thing was that they only gave us 1 trash bag for the entire 7 days of our stay. The property manager said they only give a "starter" trash bag. That wasn't helpful since we had my son and his wife who were staying at the Hilton next to the Mahana come and eat with us every day, we generated more trash. For the amount of money we paid, I would think they could throw in a box of trash bags, specially when they want you to take out the trash every day.

What a great property! Beautiful view overlooking the ocean with views of Lanai and Molikai. Beach was perfect. Plenty of food and activities nearby. The hosts were very amenable and answered all our questions promptly. Would definitely stay again.

We have stayed at different condo's over the years looking for the perfect condo. Well.... this is it. This is the only place we will stay in Maui from this point forward. From the amazing 11th floor view, literally right on the water, to the wonderful beach immediately to the left of our building (beach is great for snorkeling and we even saw sea turtles knee deep at the waters edge) to the pool area with gas BBQ's. If you enjoy walking or running, there is a one mile boardwalk starting at our condo building and running along the ocean front. The wonderful restaurant, Dukes, is just a two minute walk away. Another two minute walk from the condo is the Honoapiilani Food Truck Park. The condo itself was very clean upon arrival and had all the essentials we needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella and an ice chest. Very comfortable king size bed and air conditioning. The grounds at the Mahana are just beautiful as well. This condo suited us perfectly and again this will be our "go to" place when we return to Maui, hopefully each year :)

This has been our favorite vacation rental property ever! The view exceeded our expectations. During our trip, we saw sea turtles, spinner dolphins, and rays flapping at the surface of the ocean from the lanai. Directly in front of the flat is a perfect snorkel area with an extensive reef. Nearly every evening we walked for miles along the boardwalk that starts right behind the property. The unit is beautiful, solid, and VERY clean. We rarely heard the neighbors, and felt that the windows and lanai were totally private. There was an issue with the air conditioning, and it was fixed within hours of our contacting Scott and Rebecca. They were wonderful! The bed was comfortable, and we were grateful for the private washer/dryer in the flat. We cannot wait until we can go back!

Great views and perfect unit!

We had a great stay. The unit was clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The views are totally spectacular - whales put on a show all day long! The location is great, everything is within a few minutes walk or drive. Evening were quiet, with the waves of the Pacific providing the perfect lullaby. Would definitely stay here again!

Christmas in Paradise

This condo was a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas in Hawaii. We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. The view from the 11th floor is spectacular; we saw lots of honu (even twice on the beach), whales, and even a shark.

A Wonderful Maui Escape

Leaving the cold and upcoming East Coast storm, we arrived to amazing views, trade breeze and most of all a peaceful retreat. The Kitchen was filled with everything you would need. We loved the large walk-in shower and separate vanity. The washer and dryer came in handy. Our favorite spot was the lanai for meals and whale watching. We hope to return. Many thanks.

For the most part the stay was good. However, of I would have known that there was no air conditioning, I would have waited. The portable was good for the bedroom, but the living room was really hot and uncomfortable. The duct tape holding the black foam

Perfect in Maui

Wonderful location, right on the boardwalk. Close to grocery store and tons of restaurants. Short drive to the pier for cruises and snorkeling. Condo was clean and well appointed. I really appreciate the extra effort at having portable AC units while the roof was being fixed. That was a very thoughful touch. The pool had a beautiful view of the ocean and there was always plenty of seating, unlike some of the resorts nearby. Already planning our next trip there. My first trip to Maui was perfect and this condo was an excellent base camp.

Relax and reset

10 nights in paradise in 1 BR, 1 BA. First impression walking through the door is amazing seeing the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the vast blue South Pacific Ocean. Communication with the super host and management company. Everyday was better than the last. This was the fourth visit to maui and we always return to the same spot. It is amongst the best.

Fabulous Getaway -- Better Than Expected

Our last second getaway could not have been any better. Unlike some others I'd read about in this building, this unit was spotless with everything up-to-date. The best -- and the reason we'll return -- is the location. On the 11th floor overlooking the Ocean. Lanai on the left, Molokai on the right and nothing but the sounds of the ocean 24/7. There's not as much on-site activities as other units around, but that's just fine. I wouldn't trade the evening sunsets and the sounds of the ocean for anything. We usually had a big lunch somewhere, brought home leftovers and sat out on the balcony with cheese, crackers, wine and/or beer, and totally relaxed at night. It was a true vacation -- not a rat race. Mahalo for this much-needed break.

The perfect stay!

If you are going to Maui, YOU WANT TO STAY HERE! The property is in a great area, the unit is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The views are amazing. Communication with the owner was seamless. I would 100% stay here again.
