  • Kahana Village mest efterfrågade 3 sovrum strandhus, "Ka Lae" eller "The Point" på engelska, är havet på den mest nordvästra kanten av fastigheten på Kaia Point och bara 30 meter till vår sandstrand. Denna avundsvärda plats utmärkelser "Ka Lae" en oöverträffad 280 graders utsikt, kan du se norra Kaanapali till Kapalua tillsammans med öarna Molokai och Lanai.

    Den 10 'X 30' täckta Lanai är där all åtgärd är, på vintern kommer du att bli förvånad över whale observationer, särskilt på morgonen. På eftermiddagen, om trade winds är upp, kite surfare och vind surfare setup och ta av från vår strand. Om surfen är upp ser du brädans surfare som går ut till revet för att fånga en våg, fiskare kommer att arbeta på stranden och stenarna för att få hem en ny fångst till middag, kajaker och utjämningskanoner passera antingen på plats eller träna och sköldpadda observationer är ganska normala. Njut av en ljusstake på teak Lanai-bordet eller en frukost medan du väntar på att valarna bryter mot varandra. Lanai är något förhöjd vilket gör det helt privat till det tillfälliga förbi.

    Köket är välutrustat med det mesta du behöver för att laga en god måltid. Några kockböcker finns i lådan för att hjälpa till med att laga lokala måltider på ön. Det finns en krydda låda med några kryddor men du kan behöva hämta din favorit. Den våta baren har en mixer för att piska upp dina favoritblandade drycker och en cocktailskakare för martinis. Det finns samling av böcker under våtbänken, några spel i nästa skåp och kortdäck i lådan. Teakboxen bredvid ytterdörren har några strandstolar och boogiebrädor för din användning och iskistorna, i skafferi, gör dina resor till andra stränder roligare. Ett stereoanläggning med en CD-spelare finns i vardagsrummet med enskilda högtalare och volymkontroller i varje rum.

    "Ka Lae" gick igenom omfattande ombyggnad ��r 2015 för att göra detta strandhus till en perfekt plats att bo. Det är mycket bekvämt, mycket privat och det bästa utrustade på Kahana Village.

We have traveled to Maui many times and have stayed at many different condos but this is so far our favorite. The views are fantastic, the condo well cared for and the staff very responsive. When we come to Maui again, this is where we'll stay.

The unit was in a convenient location. The first day we saw whales spout and breach. There was also a turtle sleeping on the beach. Every seasoning was available for cooking as were water toys. Amazing Vacation Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit #30 at Kahana Village is a wonderful corner condo. The view is amazing and the interior of the condo is comfortable and the kitchen is complete with appliances, cookery and utensils. We swam and snorkeled at 3 different beaches that were only a few minutes away. Minutes away are the Seahouse Restaurant which serves very good food at a reasonable price. The China Boat is within walking distance and has great Chinese Food. We always receive great service from the Kahana Village staff. We have travelled to Maui 4 out of the past 5 years and have stayed at Kahana Village every time.

Visiting a little slice of paradise

Only downside was the pool is quite cold and children under 10 aren't allowed in the hot tub. However the beach was great and provided hours of pleasure.

There is a beautiful beach and the views are magnificent. Even in December there is plenty of whale watching from the comfort of the deck. This is where we come to relax and long to return. Loved our corner unit #30 and all its amenities: spectacular 270 degree view, lovely sandy beach-and turtles- only feet from our lanai, and constant ocean breezes. Greatly appreciated the friendly staff and relaxed hospitality. Loved the complimentary Wednesday evening Mai Tai parties! Our five-year-old enjoyed dancing with the hula dancer to the lively guitar and ukulele playing and singing.
