This spacious condo can accommodate up to 4 guests with a king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa in the living space. The spacious main living area is tropically decorated with green and blue tones and a large flat-screen TV. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort.

Unwind with a king-size bed and a split A/C unit. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo. This unit features a private Lanai with a dining table for 2. Dine al fresco on the lanai while enjoying the stunning ocean view. A dining table for 2 is equipped in the unit so you may enjoy the view from inside with large sliding doors and windows. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances.

The Orchid Building includes a complimentary, shared laundry facility on the ground floor. There are no elevators at this low-rise boutique resort. Please note that there is only 1 parking stall per unit and there are no resort or parking fees.

If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
