“Beautifully bright and clean condo. Easy access to Turtle Bay Beach and running trails. Murphy bed worked well and much more comfortable than a sofa bed. We really appreciated the beach chairs, totes, and beach towels that were supplied. Great place for a family to stay for a week.”

“Absolutely will be coming back. The condo is beautifully decorated. The beds and linen were so comfortable, even the Murphy bed where you can sleep listening to the waves crashing. The backsplash is gorgeous. Soft close cabinets and everything you need to cook your favorite meals. The location is also just as perfect. Close to Kualoa Ranch, Polynesian Cultural Center, North Shore beaches and most importantly the beach right outside your door. We saw turtles throughout the day swimming by and saw...

“As others have said the building is under renovation. Our first morning there was a Friday and the crew showed up but it was raining too hard. Then the weekend so we did not have work going on while we there. We did have scaffolding in front but it didn't spoil the view or our time on the lanai. The unit is lovingly decorated and very well furnished in both the kitchen and beach equipment. The king size bed was quite comfortable, the murphy bed not as much. But the separation of space was ideal...

“As a fellow beach condo renter, I know there is not much you can do (besides contact every government official who represents you) about the neighborhood - but the homeless encampments from just past Ko’Olina to Makaha were appalling. I felt safe in the building and on the beach, but worrying about theft on my vacation should not be a priority. Your condo had everything we needed and such an incredible view which we enjoyed throughout our stay. Enjoyed snorkeling and sunning.”

“Very beautiful condo with a lot of space for a family of 4. It was clean and a nice quiet place to go after a long day. Amazing pickleball court along with a pool. Very close to restaurants and the hotel too which was super nice.”

“Good points: fantastic view, location close to the ocean; very few people on the beach; well kept facility; clean place, great mattresses; lots of closet and storage space. Bad points: 40 to 60 minutes to downtown, through a homeless encampment, so every drive anywhere takes a lot of your day; no sharp knives and awful pots and pans; no soap for shower and washer; one trash bag; 2 dishwasher pods; at this price, which is much more than others in the building, I expect to not have to make a trip...

“We stayed at this property in a different unit 5 years ago. We love the water facing patio/deck and simi private beach. Very quiet. They provide everything you could need for beach and water fun. We did bring our own binoculars and were glad we did. Would have liked shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the shower.”

“We loved our stay!!! I am surprised it was as reasonably priced as it was. The condo was comfortable and well decorated. Being clean is a big deal to me and it was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a few spices and oil! We appreciated the beach gear. The property management company gave better directions than any other vacation home I have ever stayed at. The one little issue (a broken remote control) we had they responded to right away and fixed in a reasonable amount...
