Beach vacation
We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas available. Space worked well for our family. We know it’s a tropical area but there was a bug problem, don’t know the source but should be checked into.

7106 Aloha Condos
Loved the location and amenities, condo came with pretty much everything we needed for beach trips, was right across from the “quiet pool” on site, very short drive to supermarket and restaurants. Washer, dryer, dish washer, cook top and ovens all in great shape. Felt like a home away from home with lots of room for the six of us to spread out. It was a great week!

Great quiet condo for a family of 7!
Definitely plenty of room for the 7 of us adults! Lots of room for bags and to lounge around/eat. Parking was not too bad, we just had to get a placard for the dashboard and park in the guest parking zones which were sometimes completely full near the unit. We also found & killed 2 cockroaches in the unit during the stay, not sure how they got in. Otherwise the unit was very clean and had no other issues! We would come back again. The master bathroom tub was amazing, and the pools/amenities were an amazing feature for evenings after a day of adventure.

Excellent accomodations
We had so much room for our group of 7, and everything was comfortable, spacious and well maintained. The lanai became our favorite spot, we hung out there every evening. The smaller pool is right across from this unit so that was very convenient

Big mahalo for opening your home. From the time we arrived, parking was great, super close to a “quiet” pool, spacious, clean and a nice welcome to a “cool” home when we arrived home in the evenings. Highly recommended.

Kona Stay
The property was great and fully stocked with way more stuff then we could have expected. There was laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, big washer and dry, beach stuff which helped us not have to go purchase, extra stuff like aloe in the fridge, extra blankets, pillows, and sheets. They even supplied Aveda Shampoo, Conditioner, and body wash.

Great space, perfect locale!~
Near perfect stay...I say "near" only because, upon our arrival, the main floor toilet flushes properly WHEN the handle is pushed forward and then the handle is pulled back, once contents of bowl have gone down the drain. It wasn't a problem for us when we figured this out, but I would suggest the owners look into a fix! Loved our stay!

Nice Property
I stayed in this property with my family and another group of family friends. Our party of 8 was very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The bathrooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had no overall issues with the property during our stay. We also visited the resort pool and jacuzzi on multiple nights - the pool is a bit warm, but very clean and amazing after spending some time in the jacuzzi after a long, tiring day. 5 stars.

Amazing resort
We loved the Kona Coast Resort! This was a lovely rental with a spacious floor plan. Well kept and clean. Centrally located to a lot of activities we did on the island. We would definitely stay here again.

July 2021 review of Bob and Merilyn's condo in Kona Hawaii
This condo is great for larger families, we had 4 adults and 3 kids, plus excellent privacy. It's a 2 story condo with only 1 shared wall and in a great location. Lots of amenities, nice kitchen, and pool, bbq facilities. We enjoyed cooking or barbecuing, plus the main family pool and restaurant is great for days when you want to relax and take a break from the beach. There are snorkel gear, sand and pool toys plus beach equipment so you don't need to bring those with you, which is very convenient. I think with a few updates and fixes (leaky faucets, toilets, and squeaky doors, little bugs/critters), this would be perfect. Would stay here again and highly recommended.

Great Condo
The condo was great location and plenty of room. The only thing I really have to say is that we kept finding dead cockroaches for the first couple of days. I am assuming that no one had been in the condo for awhile because of how many we found. I do understand that there are going to be cockroaches and I appreciate that they were dead. I would like to suggest that someone make a quick sweep of the condo before someone new comes in so there aren't so many laying around.

Loved it!
Great condo with ample space and amenities. We loved having access to snorkel gear, extra towels, and so much more. The hosts were very responsive and so helpful when we had a simple issue. I would definitely stay here again! Just as a disclaimer: the condo is 5 minutes from the water, but not a beach. Despite it not being walking to a beach, it is a quick drive to so many other beaches and the town. All around great location.

Good Condo to rent!
The condo was just perfect for us, I will try to book it again. They provided everything we needed. We were so happy to use the snorkels and fins. The property manager Joe answered each call call quickly and helped me with questions. It’s was very nice!

Well appointed and comfortable condo
Nice property for families. Walking distance to stores and a small shopping center. Had everything we needed. Some things a bit tired, but nothing was lacking. Master bedroom blinds need repair but it's the early morning pickleball players that are more likely to wake you up, rather than the light.

Really enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very spacious. Pool and grounds at Kona Coast were wonderful. Beautiful view of sunset from master bedroom balcony. Only thing missing was perhaps a small cooler to use for picnicking.

Hawaii Vacation
The property was beautiful the condo was wonderful except for the cleanliness and broken or old items. The coffee pot was really dirty and growing mold in it. It is very old and needs to be replaced. Several of the beach towels were frayed, the sheet on the small twin bed in the downstairs bedroom had a big yellow stain on it and had to be washed before we could sleep on it. The mattresses are old and very uncomfortable they also need to be updated. There was not enough toilet paper or face tissues for a party of 8. The location is great and the surrounding areas are beautiful so we truly enjoyed our stay despite the condo not being as clean as it should be. It appears that the cleaning crew does just a quick job of brushing over the top layer but not truly cleaning. The bathtub in the master suite had to be cleaned before it could be used. Joe the person we contacted about a toilet blockage was very helpful and quick to respond. He offered great customer service which was appreciated.

Well appointed condo that was extremely comfortable for our group of 5 ladies. Kitchen had all the appliances, pans, dishes you would expect, and even had a good selection of spices. Nice to find some snorkeling gear and beach chairs in one closet. Good location for groceries, beaches and other attractions in Kailua-Kona area.

Ahyo Reunion
We spent a week in this condo arriving on 8-11-19. We were in Kona for an Ahyo family reunion and decided to stay locally to be closer to the rest of the attending family members. This condo was in an ideal location, awesome sunset viewing from the bar and grill area, next door to the local grocery store which was well stocked and reasonably priced. No need to travel up the road to Walmart or Costco. A lot to do in the area , A-Beach in Waikoloa is about a 45 minute drive but well worth it. The condo was clean, well stocked with linens, dishes, cookware, and we used them daily. The bedroom / bathroom arrangements were ideal for our one couple and two single adults, everyone had their own space. The lanai was very large and although there was no grill on it, there were two resort gas grills just outside the condo to the left. We used them a couple of times, worked great, we didn't have to wait in line to use one or pack up the car to drive to one. We enjoyed the quiet pool and jacuzzi directly across from this condo, so convenient to use. Recommend paying for the A/C usage, small additional cost but well worth it. We had one small problem that was quickly resolved with one phone call. Would stay in this condo again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 3 BR, 3 BA arrangement like we needed. Apologies for not leaving a review in the book provided in the condo, we did thoroughly enjoy our stay. Thanks, the Mathernes from Louisiana.
