Aloha, Mahalo for your feedback regarding your stay at Kona Plaza 201! With relation to the neighboring building, we have made mention to the association and hope to get this rectified and unfortunately with being in the heart of Kona where all you need is at your fingertips there are commercial buildings surrounding the property in this particular instance it seems to be both positive and negative given the noise from the neighboring refrigeration unit. Regarding the arrival and registration process, we aim to prepare the guests with all they will need to have a smooth check in process which is why we generate arrival instructions on two separate occasions. This condo, similar to many others, is equipped with a keyless entry lock and a custom code is provided to you within that email. Additionally as is the case with other condominium complexes registration is required, there are forms outside of the management office on site to fill in and return. We apologize if this process was confusing or felt redundant and we will explore ways to simplify the process for future guests.
