What do you get when you combine unrivaled oceanfront views from a private lanai with gorgeous, high-end interiors? You get Sea Village 4207 and one amazing Hawaiian vacation! Bring your ohana – family – and experience the Big Island of Hawaii. Inside, gorgeous travertine floors flow through the open and airy space. Floor-to-ceiling patio doors and windows bring the amazing ocean views inside the living and dining areas. After a day of exploring, crash on the plush sectional couch, flipping through the channels on the flat-screen TV. The fully-equipped kitchen will bring out the Food Network star in you with its ample prep space on the granite counters and full-size appliances. Even as you cook, you get glimpses of the Pacific across the kitchen island. Retreat to the master bedroom, featuring a king bed, built-in exotic wood dresser and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower, as well as granite vanity with black sink. Guests in the 2nd bedroom get a cozy queen bed, built-in wood dresser, mirrored closet doors and flat-screen TV. The guest bath features a tiled shower and granite vanity with black bowl sink. The condo has beach essentials including a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. Beach towels are provided!

1. Oceanfront Views for Miles: Sit out on the lanai and watch the cruise ships sail by, waving as you sip on a cold drink. The lanai has a 4-person patio table so you can dine al fresco with the blue waters as your background.
2. On-Site Activities: Spend your afternoons lounging around and playing in the unique-shaped pool, set right on the Pacific. At the end of the day, relax in the hot tub overlooking the ocean. The complex also a grassy area for BBQs and picnics, and an on-site café.
3. Lots of Amenities: You'll feel right at home thanks to amenities like Wi-Fi, washer and dryer in the condo and all linens and beach towels provided. You'll also get a starter kit of paper and cleaning products. When you need a little pick-me-up, walk over to the Green Flash café for a cup of coffee, a yummy pastry or a scoop of ice cream. Numerous quaint shops and delicious restaurants are less than a mile away when the cook takes the night off. Rainbows and Sunsets

Condo right on Ocean. Felt like the balcony cabin on a cruise ship. Unit very clean & well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised with the beach chairs, snorkel equipment & ice chests. Able to picnic & enjoy our adventures. Easy walk to downtown Kona. Rental price very reasonable. Will definitely return.

Needs deep cleaning and updated online photos

Sliding glass door was hard to see through, lots of long term dust build up on all vents in bathrooms and fans. Spent half a day cleaning out the dust in the portable fans to help cool the bedrooms down. No curtains or shades to block out sun in bedrooms. No ac other than window unit in living area that didn’t reach bedrooms. Online photos are very dated and couch is not the same, faucet in extra bathroom barely fits the sink, hand's barely fit under. It was nice location but wouldn’t stay again.

Definately needs work. Lanai sliding glass doors were impossible to see through due to broken seals as well as just dirty. Window screens were filthy. More attention to detail in cleaning is badly needed.

Winter break family trip

Overall we had a wonderful time and the unit was a perfect home base for our family of 4 while we explored the big island. Beautiful ocean view and plenty of space and amenities for 4 of us. Would be nice if the air conditioner cooled the back bedrooms more and firmer mattresses would be nice. But great overall experience!

Great Ocean View but...

The condo has a beautiful balcony view. However, the space is pretty beat up, the appliances are chipped, rusted and stained and space WAS NOT clean, the linens were old, the air conditioning was minimal. Pool was closed and not available.

Great Location and Fast Responses

The location is fantastic and at a great price. The view is amazing. The AC unit was broke and the replaced it within a day. I was shocked by how fast they fixed the problem. My only real complaint is that the place needed a good dusting. There were several portable fans and the intakes were covered with dust. So we had to clean them to use them. The in-room laundry was such a plus. Just know that the dryer capacity is limited so plan your laundry accordingly. I’d highly recommend the place and would stay there again.

Beautiful view

Overall we loves the condo and location. There were a few issues such as the dishwasher leaked and the air conditioner didn't work but overall we enjoyed ourselves. The location was nice and central to town and the unit was close to the pool which was wonderful. We enjoyed the community grills and went to the onsite coffee shop once. The unit was nicely equipped with beach accessories such as coolers, umbrellas, snorkel gear, beach chairs and a boogie board.

32 days in paradise

We celebrated our 30th Anniversay at Sea Village. This was our 8th stay at Sea Village. The condo was nicely appointed. The location is directly on the ocean. You can't get any better than that. Well kept up grounds, beauitful landscaping all lends to a relaxing tropical vacation. We cooked in quite a bit and had most anything you would need for food prep. Any beach items you may need were available for big and small kids. Coolers were available both large and small. Handy and we used them alot. We will be returning in the years to come! Very nice unit.

Cockroaches and Loud Children

If you like a kitchen without roaches and sleep without the sound of buffalo running over your head, then look elsewhere. The pool is also full of screaming children at all hours. Would it kill to have an adult hour somewhere? The best part of the property is the grills. It’s the only thing that feels clean. At night you can watch movies (if you like a 24 inch screen with no volume). I would love a partial refund but that isn’t likely. Instead, run don’t walk from this place.

Kona Stay

The condo was nice and was well supplied with dishes etc. However the bath towels smelled awful they had been left in the washer too long, they need to find a way to deodorize them or buy new ones.

The lanai and the ocean

The apartment itself was nice but quite dusty when we arrived. Once we cleaned everything we really enjoyed the place, especially the absolutely great lanai. There we spent most of our time and just looked at the ocean, the rovers, the stars and the moon. The kitchen was well stoked, we cooked oftentimes. There is no direct access to the beach, but we did not mind. Thank you!

Great location, everything you need!

This property has an amazing view and we had a great time. The pool and hot tub are nice to have, but were very busy as they were quite small. The room had all kinds is extras like umbrellas, beach chairs, coolers, etc. It was very warm while we were there so having no AC in the back half of the condo was problematic as it was difficult to sleep, but if you don't mind warm sleeping it is fine.

Great location

The stay would have been perfect except the refrigerator wasn’t functioning on day 2 of our stay. We sent text and emails without any response until Monday from aaoceanfront saying the property manager would contact us. No one did. We got a call from a technician on Tuesday who said he would be there Wednesday- but didn’t get the part until the day of our departure. We had to buy ice and store our food in coolers . The property manager didn’t contact us until the day of departure only to ask if we needed help with the check out. The unit was great otherwise. Views of whales and dolphins from the lanai. Pool was nice. Jacuzzi wasn’t working.

A little bit of paradise

We have been going to Seavillage for over 25 years for a weeks vacation, sometime in July, and most recently in December. We have stayed at various units. We found this unit to be very nice and especially enjoyed hearing the waves from the lanai and sometimes napping on the couch with the doors open And we appreciated the beach equipment they had available for us to borrow. We did not cook there, but it looked like they had everything one would want one in the kitchen. The king size bed was very comfortable and overall it was a very pleasant stay.
