This Beautiful 1 bed condo has a Sunset Ocean View and is perfectly located in the heart of Kona! The kitchen is brand new, and the bathroom has a new walk in shower. You will love the short walking distance to all that Kona has to offer. Walk across the street to beaches, snorkeling spots, restaurants, bars, shops, historical landmarks. You will love having coffee in the morning and listening to the waves from the Oversized Lanai that overlooks Ali'i Drive and the Pacific Ocean. The condo is perfectly appointed with everything you need for your Hawaiian Holiday. You will enjoy the Pool, BBQ Grill Deck, A/C, Washer & Dryer, Furnished Kitchen, Snorkel Gear, Beach Chairs, Beach Towels, Beach Umbrella, WIFI. There is also parking under the building. Condo sleeps up to 4 people, with a King Bed & Pullout Couch.

Great location and host

The bed was comfy, and the unit was as advertised. The host responded to messages immediately. I really enjoyed the balcony in the mornings, music from a nearby cafe could be heard.

Home Away From Home

Overall the condo was nice with lots of amenities plus was in great tourist area. There was a little confusion, on my part, with getting in but the host was quick to respond with assistance. I did recommend having a map of the condo property available because was challenge to locate the pool.

Perfect Location

We only stayed one night as we were traveling to the Hilo side. We loved the location. So close to everything. The condo is very comfortable and nicely equipped with everything you need. The bed was a dream. It was so comfortable. Communication was good with very detailed information on how to check in and out. The Lanai was the best part. After a long day of traveling, we all just melted and relaxed. I actually fell asleep on the couch outside. We will definitely stay here again if we come back.

Home Away From Home

We loved this perfect “Home Away From Home” condo. The Pacific Ocean directly across the front street Ali’i Drive and the location is exactly situated within minutes walking to everything. The secured parking was a bonus and hassle free. What we loved most was the condo had everything we needed especially in the kitchen. Extra pillows and blankets and beach gear too!!

Not really an ocean view, but close; and conveniently in the central part of Kona. Challenging to find in the dark when it's raining though! Wish I'd done a step by step to the parking garage.

Great location

We enjoyed the big lanai and the central location in the downtown business district. The condo had beach gear and enough supplies for us. It is ocean facing but the view is obstructed with a little view of the ocean. Downtown Kona has started charging for parking so it was nice to have included parking with the condo. It is also easy to get to without have to deal with too much traffic. We had a great stay with no problems.

Nice place in the heart of Kona

Upon entering the unit we were pleasantly surprised of the size. The location was perfectly in the middle of Ali’i Ave with all the restaurants and shops. Pros- Nice Location Nice size condo Stocked with plenty of beach and kitchen items. Washer & Dryer with pods. Furnished Lanai with a view of the ocean-(door does not lock) When the microwave went out Kris was quick to address the problem and fixed it immediately. Cons- NO IRON OR IRONING BOARD - Did not think to ask beforehand because even the cheap hotels have them. The rugs need a good vacuuming and cleaning. The bedroom, as previously stated in another review, smelled musty at times and the mattress was way too soft. Your body sinks each time you sit/lay on it. Was asked to wash the towels, dishes and take out the trash upon checking out. So, what was the cleaning fee for? Overall, we were satisfied with the stay.
