Magic Sands Beach Park and Pahoehoe Beach Park are each about a mile away for sand, tide pools, and an ocean dip, while Lyman's surf break is less than a half mile from the complex. Head a couple of miles north to historic Kailua Village for waterfront restaurants, shops, and an evening stroll. It is a strong base for families and couples who want the Pacific close and downtown Kona within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Kona International Airport (KOA) is about 10 to 15 minutes from Kailua Kona. A rental car is recommended for exploring the Kona Coast, although downtown shops, restaurants, and oceanfront Alii Drive may be walkable or a short drive away. Beaches, snorkeling, and groceries are nearby. Parking is generally available at properties or in nearby street and lot spaces.
