Great for the family

This property was located in a prime location for my family, beside the river, jettys, playground and cafe/shops. The pool had 3 levels to it for all ages and swimming abilities, as well as 2 playgrounds. The room was sufficiently stocked with basic living needs.

Nice place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location,made good use of tennis court, pool could have used a clean though. Comfy beds. Kitchen needs scissors and a colander.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best thing about this property was the location. The apartment itself was decent, but from the get go it was easy to see it wasn’t cleaned properly. The towels were stained with bleach, there was dirt and sand between sofa grooves and under the bed there were toys left. We were also left confused when we were told to bring our own toilet roll, to find there was 3 rolls supplied. And the fact we had to sweep and mop the floor before check out felt like a big ask, have never had to do this before.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Kalbarri and didn’t mind the accommodation, just a few tweaks would have made it more comfortable

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property were rundown, the main bed were extremely hard, the spas advertised were all closed, the swimming pool were locked 2x and other times just too overcrowded, the Restaurant/Cafe on the property were closed/ deserted.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the main road in Kalbarri. Accomodation was pretty basic and not very clean so wouldn’t be my first choice to go back to.
