Nice and clean, and we very much appreciated that the place and the linens didn’t smell of cleaner or fragrances. Great location close to Redwood National Park and the ocean. Our only small issues (which did not detract from our stay at all): the mattress does sag a bit toward the middle, and the bathroom sink drains a little slowly. “Great stay, perfect for our dogs. Big, fenced yard. Fun house, nicely remodeled and decorated. Simple and clean, not fussy. Good parking, neighborhood felt safe, nothing fancy. Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. Centrally located to enjoy Trinidad, Arcata, McKinleyville, etc. We would definitely go back to this property, local contact was friendly, organized and professional. ”
