“This place was perfect for my family of 4. The kitchen was well equipped (even a bbq that we used a few times to grill local fish) and there were beach chairs, boogie boards and a surf board for us to use. The place is very comfortable and clean. We loved being so close to Hanalei - both the town and the beach! The host was also great - great communication and helpful tips and reminders. Thank you! ”

“It is a beautiful place and decorated just wonderfully. The kitchen was very impressively equipped with great utensils and appliances. We had to put a pillow on each side of the step as you enter with an open space to go to the main level as all three of us fell one time. I was mildly irritated that the owner would not opt for a Blue Ray DVD player we had asked for and we had to haul one to and from in our luggage. “The host, Gigi, is a gem. She is very personable and communicative. The property is as described, yet a bit dated and a bit darker than the pictures portray. When in Hawaii you expect some bugs but we encountered quite a few more sugar ants than any of our 4 previous visits to Hawaii. The bathrooms were not as clean as we expected, thus the lower rating for cleanliness. We likely won't stay in Princeville again but I would not hesitate to rent another property from Gigi if the opportunity...
