“There were no amenities as listed. There was an old basket ball court and tennis court, the kids could not play on as the concrete was broken and shifted and the grass and weeds were knee high. The pool listed is not up to date. Wires are showing in the ceiling, there is cardboard covering exit signs. The pool is not easily accessible and we had to find staff to show us how to get in there. The hot tub was broke and obviously couldn't use it. There are walking trails. They are not marked very...

“The space was well appointed and needed items such as paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap and dishwasher tablets were all there. Family Fare grocery store is across the street for any foods items I needed. There was only one small ice tray, so buying bagged ice is required. Additional trays would have been nice. There is no outdoor space for sitting outside. Parking is very limited. A sign in the unit would be worthwhile to indicate where parking is allowed. Overall I enjoyed my stay.”

“Nice location and friendly host!”

“The only issue we had was the wifi network name we were given wasn't one of the names we had to choose from. We weren't able to use wifi. Other then that everything was perfect.”

“The property was very clean and well supplied. However, the upper unit has very low and angled ceilings and it is not possible to get out of bed and stand up, for example. Although the unit is updated, it still feels dated. For over 500 per night this was very overpriced.”

“Great stay and an excellent host! Communication was prompt and friendly from start to finish. We were able to check in early, and when I asked about an iron, the host brought one over for us. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d happily stay here again.”

“The house is so sweet and cozy, and it has everything you could possibly need for cooking! The beds were super comfortable, and I'm really glad we chose this place. We had a wonderful time and made some lovely memories together. One little suggestion – it would be nice to have a sign at the entrance because we all struggled to find it at first. Overall, a fantastic stay!”

“Centrally located just outside of downtown Elk Rapids. The home is within walking distance to downtown ER, the beach, the Shorts Pull Barn & nearby grocery store. It’s a great jumping off point for day trips to TC, Petoskey, Bellaire and more. Despite being located off a main road, the home is quiet & offers a peaceful setting. All of the rooms include large smart TVs, and comfortable beds. Communication with the host was seamless, responsive and informative. Pricing was a great value, providing...

“Great location for Shanty Creek golfing. Well stocked kitchen. Nice fire pit with plenty of wood provided. Would stay here again.”

“Clean, great area! Great for kids and families to go for a long weekend. Very close to downtown elk rapids, we will be back!”
