"The scheduled airport shuttle didn’t arrive, but the issue was resolved quickly. The shuttle from the beach arrived earlier than planned and left without us, despite our booking a specific time - again, this was sorted out promptly. The reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and service-minded, especially during breakfast. In the evening, however, service at the lobby restaurant was quite inconsistent, and on a few occasions, the beer served was noticeably less than it should have been. What I found most disappointing were the activities. Those listed (aqua gym, wellness) were practically non-existent, mainly, in my opinion, because none of the guests were informed about them. Staff mentioned they had regular members who usually attend, but they made no effort to involve others, which meant there were not enough participants for the classes. I tried the yoga session - it was in Greek, but if you’ve practiced yoga before it’s still easy to follow. It cost an extra €10, which I found reasonable. The tennis, on the other hand, was excellent - equipment was available, the staff were very friendly, and they even offered extra bottled water for free. No extra privilege för Hyatt members."

"Roomservice with a price of 20€, pool closed, indoor pool not available for kids, sometimes rude staff, gym opening only at 10, breakfast buffe not of a five star hotel, ac not working until we complained. Restaurant really slow service but food food, really friendly bartender. Doorkey had to be changed every day and the door always had an annoying alarm. The hotel should have everything fixed before opening or put in on the webs."
