Hotell nära Kallithea strand

"Helt underbart hotell. Oftast brukar bilderna vara gamla eller tillfixade, men inte i detta fallet. Istället var verkligheten bättre än bilderna. Vi fick fantastisk hjälp från all personal. Poolområdet var mysigt. Restaurangerna bra och miljön underbar. Det var också nära till allt med både buss och bil."

"Our forth visit to Epsilon Hotel Apartments. The staff is fantastic and that Antonia in the reception is a Scandinavian speaker is priceless! We got a warm welcome when arriving late at night and all our questions and requests were taken with genuine interest. The cleaning ladies also really did their job well and were always very friendly. The rooms with a sea view is a treat and the sea is just a short walk away. "

"The hotel was better 2023. The hotel advertise that they have the a la carte restaurants. We stayed for four days and was allowed to have ONE meal at the a la carte. IF we wanted to make reservations for more, only lunch was available and we had to pay full price for the food. Even though the restaurants were empty at lunch time. We stayed at the hotel last year as well and this was new for us. Last year we had all our lunches at the a la carte, without making any reservations, and we had 3 dinners (stayed for 4 nights) at the a la carte. This was the reason we booked the hotel this year. Also this year, all dishes was not included in the AI even though they had the same price level as other dishes. The breakfast buffe is good, but the dinner buffe is 3*, not 5*. All in all, the service is made to make it easy for the hotel and not with the guest as the number one priority. "

"I would definitely rate this hotel a 10 out of 10! It was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was great, and the location was perfect for a stay. The hotel is very close to the sea and has an amazing view, which adds to the charm. The facilities are excellent as well, making it a highly recommended place to stay! Additionally, the nightly events after dinner were fantastic and well-suited for all age groups."

"Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was very nice and service minded. The room was gorgeous and it was amazing to have a calm area around the pool just outside the patio. There is a few restaurants on the resorts that was 10/10 as well. The breakfast buffet was lovely and I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rhodes. Will defined returning to Elissa! "

"Hotellet är en fantastisk hotell för vuxna. Den är inte lika fantastisk för barn, då den inte är riktigt anpassad. Restaurangerna erbjöd på mycket gott. Det var jobbigt att vistas i den stora matsalen, då denna har hög tak och det var högljudd. Det som var bäst var café med de bästa servitörerna Maria och Josefine. Barerna var underbara och Elias var absolut den bästa bartender. "
