“A lovely villa in a peaceful tranquil retreat. Wonderful views of the coast and surrounding hills. Watch the Eagles soaring above. Very peaceful you can listen to the wildlife around you. The nearest Taverna is just over a kilometer away but you are unlikely to encounter a car walking there. Beautiful lake nearby to see the fresh water turtles.”

“Villa Tamos is a wonderful, well-equipped, spacious villa in a beautiful setting and we absolutely loved our time there. The pool is as perfect as the view and grounds and Stuart and Lorraine were super-helpful hosts. The villa is well located for exploring Crete and the restaurants/bars/shops of Almyrida are only ten minutes drive away. There is a long unmade track to the property, which needs driving with care, but it's well worth it, and we hope to return one day! Thank you for everything....

“Bei der Anreise würde ich vorher die Karte auf Googelearths herunterladen, vor Ort ist es ein wenig versteckt ( beim Schild Villa Nathalie in den Weg ruhig abbiegen 😊)... aber der Vermieter ist Tel. ständig erreichbar und hilft sofort weiter. Wenn ihr dann noch vorsichtig mit der Treppe im Haus seid, euch besser ein Nachtlicht anmacht!!!!... dann steht einem herrlichen Urlaub überhaupt nicht s im Wege. Es ist alles da was ihr braucht. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen und 1 Kleinkind dort. Einfach...

“Overall loved the place. There were a few niggles like the garden lights being intentionally turned off detracting from the atmosphere, penny-pinching in the extreme. Not being able to leave the washing machine or dishwasher on when going out because the electricity fob was locked to the door key, very patronising, especially considering the money paid for rental.the location was excellent and the outside ameneties great. Did think more effort could be put into a welcome basket maybe salt pepper...

“Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Es war sauber und es war alles da. Könnte mal renoviert werden und das Haus ist kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint. Aber für uns hat es gereicht (6 Erwachsene und 2 Kleinkinder) und dafür waren die lauen Abende unter den Olivenbäumen wunderschön. Die Tavernen im Dorf sind sehr gut, der Supermarkt hat ab 9.00 Uhr frisches Brot. Es war immer jemand erreichbar und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.”

“The house is perfect in all ways. It looks better in real life than the pictures. Everything you need is the villa, including washing machine. Decor was simple, practical and stylish. Spacious rooms and wonderfully functioning AC in all rooms. If you have very young children or have difficulty walking the stairs could be a problem, but not for us. “Superfint hus med allt man vill ha.Bra poolområde med grillplats. Städning mitt i veckan. Vi kom mitt i natten och de hade fixat frukostgrejer. Fin utsikt. Dock mycket kuperat med smala vägar. Fin strand ganska nära, men det är mycket backigt så det tar en stund att gå hem. Det skulle finnas solstolar på stranden, men det fanns det inte när vi var där i slutet av maj. På grund av läget så behöver man absolut bil.”

“I am struggling to find works to describe our stay. We have spent last 5 years organising business trips which ranged from 16-30+ people and this has been an absolute show stopper. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, so close to the beach and some brilliant restaurants. The on hand service from Etouri is excellent to the point we have already booked another stay with them for next year. Sofia who manages the villa is ever so lovely and ever so helpful with anything. “This villa is just as shown in the pictures. It’s located in a small village with well stocked supermarkets and a couple of tavernas all within easy walking distance from the villa. About 15 minutes drive to Rethymno or 30 minutes to the South coast. The management company we’re excellent and easily contactable via WhatsApp or on the house phone. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend this lovely villa.”

“Villa and everything about the property is as you can see on photos. House is huge, 3 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen is on the small side but has everything. “Trianon was very nice and freash and the staff was very serviceminded and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. The only small downside is that they dont provide beachtowels and towel change is every 2 days. We had a very nice stay here and i would highly recommend this hotel and would def come back! ”
