âHva er det Ă„ ikke like her? Hotellet var fantastisk, ansatte her var noen av de mest fantastiske menneskene som er alltid klare for Ă„ hjelpe uansett hva situasjonen er. Prathab, Faris, Madu, Akash og absolutt alle her viser virkelig hva god service er! MĂ„ ikke glemme selve housekeeping teamet som overrasket oss med blomster pĂ„ senga og nye overraskelser hver gang. Maten her var enkelt, men noe av de beste jeg har spist. Pizza BIANCANEVE var enkel, men beste pizzaen jeg har smakt! Kompliment til...
âArrived to find hotel had technical issues and we were re-routed to their sister hotel .. on the face of it not a big problem however we were travelling on a tight schedule and missed our concert that we had booked for that evening , the hotel looked after us well and a refund gratefully received, very honourable..... â

"I enjoyed my stay at the Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. I can recommend the outdoor terrace at Li Jiang with great views of the Grand Mosque at sunset. Hotel staff were attentive without being intrusive."

everything is just perfect here. the food is amazing, the pools are waoooo, staff is kind. boat tour on their canals is beautiful. just perfect!
the only minor issue was about guests/pool boys taking pool chairs very early in the morning and the guests arriving few hours later, so unnecessary. "
"This is not a serious hotel. Seem to make it into a business to scam people based on not complying with the fine print (which is really hard to find when booking). We had a flight the next day but our boarding pass was standby so they didn't allow us to stay or get a refund. Seems to be their way of business judging by many other reviews. Don't give them your money."
