the tech staff were so attentive- i had small issue with connection in my room - they were at room in 5 mins and fixed it

the only minor issue was about guests/pool boys taking pool chairs very early in the morning and the guests arriving few hours later, so unnecessary. â

Our taxi dropped us at the Park Rotana reception, but we were directed to the Park Arjaan reception, which was a 3-5 min walk.
