And the home was decorated tastefully and simply. Not cluttered at all, and with everything we needed for our vacation. The host is very kind and responsive.”

“The cabin was exactly what my daughter and I were looking for. Everything was clean, organized and family friendly. A bonus was the property connects to Bessie Woods and we were able to go for a hike on the trails without even having to leave the property. If you love quiet and the sounds of nature, this is the perfect place for you. We can’t wait to stay there again soon.”

“Very nice place to stay for our 3 day hike on the AT. The view from the deck is amazing and the living room is huge with an old stone fireplace which we didn’t use because it was 90 degrees each day. The Mexican restaurant in town (Norte Azul) has an extensive menu and a good variety of beer on tap. Highly recommend visiting Mt Greylock in MA, about 30 mins away. It has an even better restaurant on top (you need reservations) and is right on the Appalachian Trail so you will meet all sorts on...

“Very comfortable, nicely decorated oasis in the woods! Lovely space for cooking and indoor or outdoor dining. Loved being so close to Jacob’s Pillow Dance Center. The property manager wasvery helpful when needed. Must be lovely also in winter!”

“Great location. 5 min to Great Barrington, 15 to Lenox and walkable to the Appalachian Trail. House was clean and properties managers were attentive and responsive. I would definitely use it again if up in that area. ”

“A group of 10 friends (we are in out 40's) and I stayed here for a yearly gathering that we do. Every person was amazed at the rental. It was warm, clean, inviting and the kitchen jad everything that i needed to feed 10 people over the weekend.The game room was amazing and kept the group active indoors. “This A-frame cabin was the perfect location for some Berkshire R&R. Close to so many of western MA's greatest attractions, we had a great time visiting Tanglewood and museums, and touring local towns and restaurants. The property was clean, as described, and very comfortable. Communicating with our hosts was very simple. We will be happy to return!”

“The house was lovely, small but cozy. The weather was very hot during our stay and the house did get a little warm. But the A/C in the main bedroom worked great. The lake was beautiful and we caught lots of fish. The home owner was very helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. ”
