“Things were great but I couldn’t understand why not giving us access to the room until 5pm and the very unhelpful answers if we could extend our check out time by 1 hour. We didn’t use the kitchen equipment. ”

“The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was very clean. It's conveniently located near universities and downtown, with everything within walking distance. However, I do wish there was an elevator—carrying luggage up to the fourth floor was quite a challenge. That said, the bed and sofa couch were comfortable, and we slept well.”
