“Beds very comfortable. Loved the ground floor for our grandchildren who are 4 and 6 years old. Close walk to the pool. It was nice to have our space at night. The air conditioning was nice. Convenient to downtown. Quiet and peaceful. ”

“Great rental property. Brand new condition with all the amenities. Great for couples or families. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Easy drive to StoryLand and Santa’s Village. We book rentals over hotels due to the space. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. ”

“We were happy with our stay! Everything described about the property was accurate and we encountered no issues. Instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Since we came here for skiing, location to near by ski resorts was great! We would highly recommend Peter & Anne's place for anyone looking to stay for either the winter or summer summer options that are available in this part of NH. Oh, the mountain views are spectacular from this property!”

“Location is very close to storyland. Is quiet can hear the brook in the background. Owner is very nice and response was quick. Expect some wilderness decor and things to be set up well. 3rd floor room does not have a door but you can put a gate. However not safe for young kids but was great for adults and slightly older children. Has a crib and high chair for little ones. Was clean, plenty of towels, and plates including plastic for the kids. Full kitchen, k vups and coffee maker included along...

“We had a great time and were very pleased with our stay. I wish i had known there was no air conditioning in the bedroom with the bunk beds. There was a fan, and we were fine, but I would have packed different pajamas for my kids if I had known. Otherwise, a great place and no complaints!”

“This ex the perfect location for what we wanted to do and that was relaxing, nature walking, and fishing. It had all the amenities you need, very clean, and the views were perfect. Host was easy to get ahold of and check-in was pain less. Look forward to our next trip up there. Thank you”

“The place was fabulous, the only drawback being that the tub in the master bedroom didn't hold water.Fortunately, we only needed to reach out to the manager once with a quick question, because the name of the person to contact that was in our materials was incorrect (he was nice enough to get back to us, to say that he no longer works for the owners of the property and didn't know how to reach anyone.) ”
