“We had such a nice stay after the winter holidays here! The home is exactly as noted, and we found it spacious and clean. My husband and I spent 4 days cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, reading in the sunlight living room, listening to the river as we lounged in the hot tub, and snuggling up in front of the fireplace on chilly nights. Just perfect!”

“We were looking for a couple nights near Mt. Washington on our vacation to the northeast during the first part of June and stumbled across this hidden gem in Bretton Woods. This house in the private community sits at the bottom of a cul-de-sac right on the Ammonnoosuc River while still getting distant views of Mt. Washington and the northern presidential peaks. “This house exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for 2 adults and 7 kids. The hot tub was also a huge hit!!! Tim responded quickly to messages and made sure we were taken of. Kitchen had everything we could possibly need allowing us to make home cooked meals for the whole clan. Highly recommend!!!”

“I took my daughter on a weekend hiking trip and wanted t be close to the trail heads in Franconia. This a spot fit the bill. It was a quick car ride to the trailheads which is important during peak season as the lots fill up so quick. The house had a wonderful updated kitchen with a lot of charm throughout the house. The living room was very comfortable, with a big deck with nice views of the foliage. There was only 2 of us but overall plenty of room for more.”

This place has all the basics you need for making great food, playing table games, reading and relaxing outside, and talking by a campfire. An incredible home base for any exploration of the White Mountains. Next time, I would rent a kayak or two just to enjoy more of Lake Ossippe's splendor. This is the place for making memories. ”
