“We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. ”

“Super clean and the curb appeal was fantastic and welcoming. The owner David gave us many recommendations of things to do, we took his advice and really enjoyed our stay. Listening to the babbling creek that is part of the back yard all night was special….for a city family. ”
