“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. Their recent renovation was fantastic, and the bunk bed design in the family room was great - it gave everyone their own bed which accommodated our group very well. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to the beach and playing pickleball on the courts with the set they provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home. “The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.”
