On the ground floor of the villa there is an open plan area consisting of a living room, a kitchen and a dining room. The sophisticated combination of traditional stone walls, natural materials and modern simplicity is striking at first glance. The high quality of the Italian and French furniture adds an extra touch of uniqueness to the room. The living room has a comfortable sofa and a smart TV, and the stone fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and separated from the rest of the room by a counter with high chairs, ideal for quick meals.
