“Grass could have been cut”

“Very clean and inviting house. Susan stayed in touch with us throughout the check-in process and was very thorough. Great towels and sheets ! As a COO of home textiles, I always look for those things and Susan has provided great towels and sheets which is very important to guests. The house is very clean and very convenient to downtown Kannapolis. Five star VRBO !!!Fenced in back yard which was great for our dog and the grand kids. Thanks Susan and Ben ! We really enjoyed our stay !”

“We enjoyed it but the mosquitoes get inside somehow . I’d look into that”

“The house is beautiful and equipped with anything you may need ! Everything is new and comfortable . Host is very accommodating and responsive !”

“The host was kind providing us with bakery items and wine upon arrival. There were communication issues prior to arrival, I believe mostly on Vrbo’s end. There were soiled sheets left on the deck for the entirety of our stay, the refrigerator worked poorly. The hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on and toilet paper holders were broken/missing. The shower rod in the master bedroom did not fit properly and would not stay supported. The tv remote in one of the bedrooms was missing when we...

“Check in was easy after we figured out the code box on the door. We were very disappointed in the cleanliness. There were dirty and damp towels and bed sheets above the washer. My husband always checks the mattresses for cleanliness, when he lifted the bed sheets there was hair and dirt under the fitted sheets in the master bedroom. There were no dish towels or rags to be found in the kitchen, no paper towels either. There were no rugs by the doors to wipe your feet, the sweeper had not been run...

“Beautiful home, in a great area. We loved our stay here and it was perfect for our family. The host had great communication and it was a clean home. Will definitely stay here again when we come back down south.”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you see school buses going by, which made the experience feel especially authentic. Even though we were visiting from Japan, we really felt like we were living like locals rather than just staying as tourists. The house was spacious enough for us to order Uber Eats and enjoy dinner together almost like having a little house party. It was a completely...

“The property itself is very nice..It looks as promised. The only hiccup we had was that the code was not working for us to enter when we arrived. However, the host responded quickly and worked it out. We were also disappointed to find out that we could not access the pool. Overall, I would stay here again despite any small issues.”

“Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The house had a strong mildew smell as soon as we walked in, and the living room furniture had an unpleasant odor that smelled like old sweat. Outside, there was trash around the property, a child’s shoe hanging outside, and spider webs in several areas, which made the home feel neglected. The concrete around the property had several large cracks that could be a safety concern. The hot tub was placed underneath a tree, so it was filled with bugs and...

“We had a wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The over-the-garage apartment was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything we needed was provided, and the space felt welcoming and cozy. The pool and Jacuzzi were fantastic amenities and made our stay even more relaxing. We especially enjoyed spending time outdoors and taking advantage of the peaceful atmosphere. The host was friendly, responsive, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.
