“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“My room at the Aida was clean and incredibly decorated, smelled amazing everywhere, had easy no contact check in, AND they left me complimentary fancy chocolates which was a lovely surprise. Definitely recommend and would stay again!”

“I enjoyed my stay here. The hospitality was incredible. I have to say when they mentioned breakfast was available I assumed it would be your typical frozen eggs heated but Kevin was amazing. You can taste the hospitality on the food. Megan the GM was amazing as well. I ended up staying here for new years and both Kevin and Megan made it feel like home! ”

“The facility is clean and the service is wonderful. Our room had a double whirlpool tub that we enjoyed very much! We werent expecting it but it was just wonderful. The hotel is close to so many KC venues. The area is at the edge of downtown so its a mix of retail, industry, corporate, and some street people. But nothing unexpected in a downtown area. The small parking lot is enclosed but we saw no reason to be concerned. We felt safe and just truly enjoyed the people we met who work there. ”

“Room was big and luxurious with a sample of chocolates. Bathroom was very trendy and clean, loved the styling. This is a very nice boutique hotel that we reserved late in the day in the Union Hill area of KC. Trendy area and dining nearby. Parking is a bit tight for a larger SUV but it is very convenient to the front entrance of the hotel. Would definitely recommend or stay again. We stayed on the top floor with rooftop access and views of the city. A bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor seating...
