“Boutique hotel with an upscale feel. We loved our Tim eat the Truitt. Found the room relaxing and beautiful. Enjoy the Nespresso machine. Area round hotel is lovely - walked the neighborhood and to the art museum multiple times. Felt 100% safe!”

“The property has no one on site, so if you need anything there is no one. Its like a house share, but upscale- you are sharing a house with strangers. There was no hot water for tea. Our outlets in our room didn't work- we tried the switches on the wall. Otherwise it is beautiful place comfy beds, clean and interesting.”

“We had a very nice clean room. The staff at night were less helpful (not rude, but not going out of the way to help you), but the morning/afternoon staff were amazing. Very nice location, we spent the morning walking the plaza, could get everywhere on the plaza just by walking. It was a great stay, I recommend.”

“Location is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good. However for the number of stars the hotel have it’s a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. ”

“Very nice room. It was pretty close to the Plaza and it is a very quiet hotel. It was full over the weekend and we didn't hear anyone above or next to us. Great staff too. ”

“This hotel is currently undergoing a renovation. The whole parking lot and lobby is full of construction equipment and workers. They should not be still having guests stay here until the renovation is done. There were safety hazards everywhere, drywall dust on everything- the place was just an active construction zone. Unbelievable that they are still open. The room had been newly (cheaply and poorly) updated, so at least it was relatively clean compared with the rest of the hotel.”

“Pretty nice but no shampoo & ran out of hot water in the shower. Coffee was gone in lobby at 8:30”

“Breakfast was fine. Staff excellent. Bed was supposed to be queen size but was smaller than standard queen. And the mattress in our room was not CK gift able- room 106. Our major complaint was that no one told us the rooms are only done up every other day. Yes, there was a tiny print sticker on the bathroom mirror which was barely legible and only read after-the-fact. To make your guests experiences better, staff should tell us at registration. Also, no perks given for being a Hilton member....
