âLovely, renovated older home. Decorated to the nines. Welcome champagne was great. Only downgrade: smallest toilet (room?) ever. Wonderful area to walk around and view homes, and very close to the art museums and the Plaza. Will stay again.â
âLocation is good. Rooms are big. Shower is fantastic and the products too. Blackout curtains very good.
However for the number of stars the hotel have itâs a bit of a disappointment. Pillows were lumpy, other guests were rowdy at 2am 2 nights, feels like a party hotel. No stairs to reach your floor, you could only exit. Elevator often busy due to bar and resturant being on the top floor. AC not quiet. Doors slams when closing. â
âGreat stay . Hotel was clean , spacious and staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was good. Close to plaza , but walk back to hotel is steep uphill. â
âWe had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantasticâright near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. Itâs a great spot whether youâre visiting for business or leisure.
The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering helpful suggestions about the area. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience.
