I had some parts for work delivered to the condo but they didn’t show up till after I left. She went and picked it up for me and held onto it till I came back the following week. “We had a great time staying at this condo! The balcony was very comfortable and had amazing views. The room was clean with had plenty of space for us. The listing says it has A/C, which ended up being a single unit in the bedroom that can't be left running while you're away. However, the airflow from the balcony and front-door windows kept us cool enough while spending time in the kitchen/living room. The only other thing we were a little surprised by was how the beach area around the building...

“This property was great. It was our second stay at the resort. Condo was great but we should have looked at map as it goes out to the parking lot. Our fault. Still a nice place to stay. “The suite is small but has everything that you need. A shopping area is only a couple of minutes walk away. It is an easy drive to all of the wonderful beaches on the island. We loved the beach right infront of the suite. It has a pooled area that is great for children or those who just want a quick dip in the water but just down the beach is also a great swimming area for those who want to play in the waves.”

“This condo unit is right above the beach and overlooks Wailua Bay Beach. We could watch surfers, swimmers and fishermen right from our lanai. We saw whales only twice; a long distance away; but also saw a large pod of dolphins right in front. The location is an easy drive to anywhere else on the island.”

“Exactly as described. Unit is spacious, clean and fully stocked. The view is stunning and it’s literally steps to the ocean. The pool is refreshing and has a kid and adult area. We had monk seals on the beach every day. We didn’t love the area, high traffic road and very commercial surroundings but once inside you don’t notice. I would recommend this unit to anyone who lives an ocean view, the sound of waves crashing on the shore and a spacious place to enjoy.”

“Staying at a condo with the ocean waves crashing right out your backdoor and the breeze blowing through the sliding door was alone worth it. The main bed was comfy, but the sleeper sofa was terribly uncomfortable. That's why I say it's a great fit for a couple who wouldn't need to use the sofa bed. We actually took the sleeper mattress off of the stiff metal frame and set it on the floor, which made it tolerable. Check in was a breeze, and my kids enjoyed having the pool right outside the door...

The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.”
