Vår enhet i Beach Villas på Ko Olina ligger på 11: e våningen i Beach Tower. Beach Tower är ett av två torn i Beach Villas och är det som ligger närmast vattnet). Panoramautsikt över vattnet, sandstranden och till och med bergen är fantastisk. Du kan till och med se vattnet som ligger i sängen i sovrummet! Vår enhet är en av endast två på 11: e (översta) våningen, så det ger fredlig integritet. Det på den nordvästra sidan så att du kan njuta av fantastiska solnedgångar från Lanai, och tillräckligt nära vattnet för att höra bränningen på kvällarna.

Ko Olina Resort är en av de vackraste och lugnaste platserna på jorden. Det finns fyra stora skyddade vikar som är perfekta för bad, snorkling eller solbad i sanden eller väl underhållet gräs. Bara en kort promenad upp till stranden finns ytterligare mindre vikar som är bra att snorkla och du kan nästan alltid hitta sköldpaddor som också njuter av dem. Det finns gott om restauranger i närheten (gångavstånd) Marriott hotell, New Disney Hotel eller köpcentrum och det finns också en Roy's restaurang inom gångavstånd på den underbara Ko Olina Golf Course. JW Marriott har tennisbanor ovanpå parkeringsgaraget med fantastisk havsutsikt.

Ko Olina Resort är bekvämt beläget bara 21 motorvägs miles från Honolulu flygplats och cirka 30 motorväg miles från Waikiki. Det finns en helt ny Costco i Kapolei ligger bara några mil bort. Kapolei är en ny planerad stad med stora butiker, såsom Safeway och Target, och många restauranger.

Dessa lägenheter är toppmodern lyx och har ett komplett Roy Yamaguchi-designat kök med induktionstopp Wolf-ugn och underkylskåp. Diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, komplett servis, köksredskap och alla apparater så att du kan laga dina favoritmåltider. Golvplanen är bred så alla sovrum och vardagsrum har utsikt över havet. Det finns också en Bosch-tvättmaskin och torktumlare i enheten. Det finns till och med 2 parkeringsplatser i det underjordiska garaget.

Det finns boogiebrädor, snorkelutrustning, badnudlar och några vattenleksaker i enheten för din njutning. Vi har också en svalare och den blå isen för dig att ta med kalla drinkar och mat till stranden eller poolen. Det finns 2 solstolar för dig att ta till stranden och koppla av.

Det finns en king size-säng i sovrummet och två enkelsängar i det andra sovrummet som kan kombineras för att göra en andra kung. Det finns en mycket bekväm bäddsoffa i det stora rummet.

Det finns platt-TV i alla rum med kabel. (55 'HD LED-TV med Blueray / DVD-spelare och DVR med kabel-TV i vardagsrummet, 46' LED HD-TV med Blueray / DVD-spelare och kabel-TV i sovrummet, och 40 'HD-TV med kabel-TV i 2: a sovrummet.) Trådlöst och trådbundet bredbandsinternet och gratis lång lokal telefontjänst i hela Hawaii.

Beach Villas har 2 fantastiska saltvattenbassänger med badkar i sandbotten. Det finns ett stort gym med ångbad och bastu på fastigheten.

I never met the owner as my son and family stayed in his place. The family enjoyed their stay. Check in was delayed as the room was being cleaned when they got to check in but no issues. The view was very nice. One issue that we had on all three units was Condo Control. Most of our pass keys had to be redone and I was contacted every day that we were not registered in 1103 and the front desk said unfortunately this is happening a lot. Otherwise a great time Ko Olina

Apartment was perfect. Had beautiful views and all the amenities a family of 4 needs. If you have never stayed at ko olina beach villas I cannot recommend it enough. We ate most meals at the Four Seasons and spent our days by the pool or on the beach. Family of 4 with 2 teenage boys. Rooms on opposite ends of the units were perfect. Super safe location so no concerns sending the boys out on their own to explore. This was our second stay at ko olina beach villas and this unit was definitely nicer than last previous one. It is clear Ron the owner had put effort into maintaining the unit. He was also quick to respond when we had an issue with the dryer. Resolved very quickly. Thank you Ron and we hope to be back again soon.

Very easy to check in. Very safe for early walks. Very easy access for swimming, did not have to take anything but towel and key. Parking very convenient, safe, and not extra cost. Very quiet, but the refri/freezer humming noticeable, when trying to sleep. It shares a wall with the mauka bedroom. The view was amazing. I was a treat.

perfection! Beautiful accommodations, two beautiful pools and beach area. I would definitely love to rent this unit again. The best I’ve ever stayed in!Everything is within walking distance. You never have to leave here unless you want to see island attractions. Sad to leave….

This penthouse is an excellent location! Beautiful views of the ocean and lagoon from the lanai. We enjoyed having our breakfast there every morning. It was nice having beach chairs, cooler and beach towels as well. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week there. We miss it already and look forward to returning!

Everything about this place is lovely, the views, the pools, the paths, the beach, and we love the lanai and how the doors open so wide. It's like living outside. The condo is very well stocked and in great condition. Everything we needed was right here, we could walk to a grocery store, coffee shops, restaurants, golf, and we could just stay in the area the whole time. The condo and entire space is relaxing and we had a lovely time. Look forward to visiting again!

We had such an amazing time! Our family of four loved the condo! The views were spectacular. The Beach Villas are so well run and maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The check in information was easy to follow, and the condo was exactly as described.We selected this condo based on previous reviews, and it did not disappoint. The location is not too far from Honolulu, but far enough to avoid the crowds. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby - even a Costco to gas up our car. We appreciated the information that the host left in the living room to explain how the appliances, air conditioner, etc, worked, and the list of recommended restaurants. The beach just outside the villas was clean and never crowded - such a different experience from visits to Waikiki Beach or the North Shore. We were walking distance to the Four Seasons, where we enjoyed an evening under the stars with an astronomer and his telescopes! So lovely!Our family loved our stay. Thank you for allowing us to spend a few days in your place!

The sunset views from the lanai were stunning. The unit was impeccable; everything was just as described in the listing. I highly recommend this property as both the unit and the property amenities were excellent. Communication with the owner was great prior to our stay; no need to contact the owners during our stay as everything was as expected. Check-in and check-out was very easy with resort staff. Onsite parking was wonderful, and extra guest parking was available free of charge for guests who visited us for a day at the beach. Wonderful experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend this property.

The view is outstanding. Beautiful , quiet penthouse perfect for four adults. Loved that they have umbrella, chairs, towels etc to use at the beach. Easy walk to market and restaurants. The lagoon is gorgeous and not crowded at all. We will definitely be coming back.

Good Condo - Great view

My family and I love coming to Ko’Olina. This is our third stay and we have stayed in three different condos in the beach tower at this location. This specific penthouse would have the best view of any the three condos we have stayed in. Having compared staying both on the North (parking lot) and South (pool) sides of the building now, I would say that depending on the time of year be prepared for more the potential for more wind on the North side lanai’s. Not an issue with the condo, more specific with the building.Specific to this condo I found communication with the owner very easy and they were prompt in answering questions and providing assistance.My only constructive feedback is that I did find that most of the dishes we used seemed to be a tad dirty so we washed them prior to our first use. Several of the interior lights had died or were flickering. Perhaps just an oversight by house keeping. The remainder of the condo was cleaned well otherwise. We did notice that this condo’s furniture seemed to be getting a little worn however it did not interfere with our enjoyment. I only mention this as compared to our previous stays in different condos had newer furniture.Overall was a good stay with by far the nicest view we’ve had. Merely the creature comforts were a tad lower than we’ve become accustomed to.

Great place to stay

Overall, this is a great location to stay. you'll be 30 minutes from the heavy tourist areas. I stayed in the area before in a regular hotel and this by far was better accommodations. the owner communicated well and had no issues! i will be recommending this location to all my friends and will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay in Ko Olina

Loved the property. The owner was very communicative, the location and condition of the condo was perfect for us. Nicely stocked that made it so easy to prepare meals. Loved the sunset views from the balcony every evening. Pools and beach right out front were great. So nice this time of year when it is not too crowded. We all agreed this is the best condo we have rented in Hawai’i. Hope to return.
