Beach Villa Stay
We had a wonderful time. This area is quiet and well kept. The villa was very clean and Ola Properties has excellent communication. The Lagoons are great. We will definitely be back!

Great resort
We had an amazing time. The resort is in a perfect location. Several dining options locally or at the resorts that are next to the property. You are a short drive away from a number of activities. We would rent this unit again.

Great place for a getaway
Had a wonderful time here. Not crowded this time of year. Well taken care of common areas. Many places to eat with nearby hotels and amenities. Loved the beach and lagoon. Pools were very nice. Unit was nice. Could have used more supplies for cooking. Basically only had salt and pepper. Furniture and linens were old and worn, furniture probably original to the condo, and could use use replacing. Beach chairs etc were adequate. Overall enjoyed our stay here.

The entire experience was wonderful. Our vacation felt like home with all the comforts of a home already stocked to make it easy. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. I’d love to stay here again in the future.

Loved it!
We loved this unit! It’s so close to the beach (the lagoons are great) and very secure. We felt very safe roaming around the area too. I felt like the unit was well stocked with basic necessities and only purchased very little to supplement. And that LANAI….wow! We enjoyed opening everything up early in the morning each day. The folks at the front desk were so nice too! As far as the reviews on bugs…well, that’s just life in a tropical, humid climate. You’ll never keep them all away; it’s just not possible. I didn’t see cockroaches roaming everywhere though; I believe it’s been properly maintained for pest control. Overall, I highly recommend renting this unit and this property management company!

A wonderful stay in a beautiful location
My wife and I stayed in this condo in the Beach Villas for a week. The Ko Olina area is just stunning, and the Villas sit alone on one of the four coves, so the beach was never very crowded. It's a short walk to the shopping center and 5 minutes to the Four Seasons, one cove over, if you want to have a fancy meal at La Hiki. It's also an easy drive to Honolulu. We visited Iolani Palace, Diamond Head, Punchbowl Cemetery, Pearl Harbor, and many other attractions. The unit itself is very comfortable with a large lanai. Beach chairs, cooler, and other beach accoutrement are available. The kitchen is nice with very high end appliances. Overall I felt it was well worth the price. My only suggestions for the owner would be to upgrade some of the smaller appliances and utensils. First of all, please sharpen all the knives. If indeed the kitchen was designed by Roy Yamaguchi, he'd want knives sharp enough to cut into a pineapple. I'd also suggest providing a scissors and cheese slicer. There's a very nice wine fridge, which we didn't use, but I was disappointed that there wasn't a cocktail shaker. Lastly, please upgrade the paper products - using the cheapest one-ply toilet paper, kleenex, and paper towels detracts from an otherwise gorgeous unit. We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Villas. I'd give it a solid A rating. A few small investments would make it an A+.

Great location, staff and maintenance need to be given a once-over
Appliances are outdated and washer and dryer do not work well at all. Also lots of cockroaches! Ran out of supplies and called repeatedly for new ones and nothing was ever supplied.

Fantastic stay!
Loved the location, much more quiet compared to the city. Great family room with kitchen saved on eating out. The snorkeling at the lagoon was surprisingly good. Would stay again.

Beautiful condo - great location! Pictures provide an accurate view of the accommodations. Beautiful kitchen with hi-end appliances. Included beach chairs, towels and toys!

Great condo, we’ll be back
Great location, view, amenities. Building security is over the top, even pressing elevator button needs a key card, and I can’t visit my friends staying on another floor. Also would be nice to have utility beach cart in the room to cary chairs and towels to the beach. Other than that very happy we picked this place and can’t wait to rent it again for a longer stay.
