Relaxing and beautiful
This was a great vacation. The place included snorkel gear, a wagon, beach chairs and a cooler which all came in very handy! The entire place was beautiful.

The property was perfect and great. Outside the unit perfect. But unit very expensive for all the problems. The problem was with the unit itself. Coffee machine not working. Washer and dryer not working. Not enough towels for beach nor bath towels. Inside maintenance needed and cleaning could have be better. I wanted a refund for the washer and dryer not working. Never heard back

Loved the condo and the property. Definitely felt at home and appreciated the space for a family of 6. The half bath was a nice bonus. The resort area is in a convenient spot to so many different activities on the island.

PERFECT SPRING GETAWAY
ESCAPING FROM THE SNOW OF MINNESOTA, KO OLINA, OAHU WAS PERFECT. THIS PROPERTY WAS PERFECT FOR 6 ADULTS AND A 3 1/2 YEAR OLD. LOVED BOTH POOLS AND THE LAGOON BEACH. THE CONDO MET ALL OF OUR NEEDS AND THE ON-SITE STAFF WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. THE ONLY, SMALL COMPLAINT, WAS THE OVEN AND STOVE TOP TOOK FOREVER TO HEAT UP TO COOK. MINOR COM PLAINT AND WE ADJUSTED. THANKS FOR A GREAT PROPERTY.

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum…Strand ( Lagune) und Poollandschaft sind Top…Check in rund um die Uhr und unkompliziert…Angestellte sind stets freundlich…die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, man ist vom Massentourismus weit weg und kann in aller ruhe entspannen…Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 10-15 min mit dem Auto zuerreichen… Zum Abschluss eine sehr gute Unterkunft mit Top Lage…

Fantastic stay
What an amazing and beautiful place to stay! My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo villa for six days in September 2022. The place itself is heaven, tastefully decorated and very spacious. It is clean and well equipped. Check in and check out were easy and seamless. The location of the condo villa is perfect and so close to all amenities, restaurants and shops. We had such a wonderful trip and stay in Kapolei that I have been meaning provide some feedback. Overall, the condo villa was gorgeous - true to its description. Our holiday was made more special and memorable because my family and I had a lovely stay here. We will definitely return!

Great stay
We have stayed at Koolina before but this is our first time at the Beach Villas. We loved it as the lagoon closest to it is the quietest among the 4. The condo is amazing and has enough room for 7 of us. We will gladly stay here again

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

Perfect for a family stay
We very much enjoyed our stay here. The beach which is just steps away is phenomenal. It’s not crowded at all and the lagoon keeps out the choppy waves. We love that one of the pools was quite warm so that our kids always wanted to swim there. The condo itself was perfect for our family. Our kids had lots of space to play and take bubble baths. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were so accommodating in providing us with a pak n play, stroller and high chair for our baby. Would definitely come back again.

Wonderful Place
This condo was exceptional and the complex was better than a resort. We had 8 in our party and we had a lot of space. Great accommodations and wow amazing views of a beautiful and quiet pool and the ocean. The lanai was perfect to watch the sunset and enjoy dinner or a drink. We went to several beaches on the island and felt that the lagoon here was the best beach for kids and snorkeling was good too. Visited the shops and restaurants nearby, loved walking the pathway along the ocean and other resorts and recommend the turtles at paradise cove. This place succeed our expectations. Will book again.

Great Rental!
Checking into the property was super easy. It was in a perfect spot to view both the ocean and the garden area. The room itself was beautiful and really worked with my family. We had 6 people in total and it was spacious for everybody to stay there comfortably. We knew all of our information before getting there which made us feel confident in what we were supposed to do and go.

Nearly perfect
Let me say that our family travels frequently so we can be hard to impress. This condo and location were excellent especially when compared to how busy other locations and properties were. It was quiet and relaxing. This condo is located on the quiet pool. I thought that was a joke at first since all pools are noisy. Nope, not a joke. There is a quiet pool and a loud pool for loud kids and the property enforces the rules. We also loved the grills that were available on site. More than once we got fresh fish at Costco and grilled it for dinner. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Plenty of snorkel equipment, a rolling cooler, 2 boogie boards, two beach umbrellas, a small beach bag and 5 beach chairs. Love, love love the ability to use those. Management was very responsive when we requested additional blankets and toiletries. I do have one area of improvement. The condo needs wifi extenders for the bedrooms because there is no Wifi signal in the bedrooms which was incredibly frustrating. When you wake up at 3:00 am due to time change and you can’t go out to the kitchen because someone is sleeping on the hide-a-bed (which was also surprisingly comfortable), you can’t use your phone to access Apple news or stream your favorite TV show. It also means that at the end of a fun but exhausting day your teens can’t access their social media or stream their favorite Hulu show while laying in bed. I know that may seem ridiculous to some, but when you are with a group of people and you just need some space, not being able to access wifi from the bedrooms was an annoyance. Other than that, this property was wonderful and I would return here and recommend my friends and family come here as well.

Best vacation!
We absolutely loved out stay in this condo. Michael met us at check in, walked us around, explained how everything worked (shades, multi microwave, 2 air units), where everything was. Unit exactly as shown, very clean. Perfect for me, my husband, 3 sons, one girlfriend and Mother In Law. The property is beautiful and short walk thru to the lagoons. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Will be back! Tip - plan your luau's, tours, etc in advance. Everything is booked! We were so busy worrying above covid testing, plane tickets etc, we forgot about that.

Simply amazing
This was our fourth trip to Hawaii, and by far the best accommodations for a large group. There were 7 of us in our party, and the resort has something for everyone. We walked next door to the Disney resort, and while it was nice, it would not have been for us. I’d highly recommend this resort, especially for those. Traveling in larger groups.

Expansive and Comfortable 3-Bedroom Condo With View
We had lots of room in this large 3-bedroom condo. There are plenty of chairs at the table and kitchen island counter. Living room furniture was comfortable but could use a little cleaning as could the patio furniture. The very clean bathrooms and waterfall showers were a big hit, and the beds were comfortable. One of the twin beds has a loose headboard that was very annoying, and that room's walls were dirty and scarred. It was great to have WiFi even though the signal was weak in the bedrooms. We liked the beach supplies, especially the four practical and comfortable beach chairs. The front staff was welcoming and helpful. The pool bar is expensive, and woman bar tender not very friendly or courteous.

First VRBO experience.... ! Awesome Property....!
This property was spectacular...! It was exactly as depicted in the pictures... It was spotless upon arrival... I had a text from the condos when we landed and I turned my phone on... Check in was a breeze, very professional and we were escorted to the condo and provided a tour and the entire facility was explained... Beautiful location and condo... Highly recommended... First ever VRBO reservation and stay was a complete success...! They have numerous kitchen appliances we did not expect they had also had many of the basics such as laundry detergent, dish detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and many basic spices for cooking etc..., We even had the one bedroom pre-setup as two twins, but one person could not make the trip so we requested to have it made into a king after arrival and the next morning it was done with no problem at all... Great experience, thank you to Micheal and the staff at the Beach Villas...! You all ROCK...!

Versatile, clean and welcoming!
We travelled in a party of 8 ranging from 7 months old to 60 years. We enjoyed the pools, the cove, the fitness centre, the friendly staff, the layout of the unit, the facilities within the unit were all as we expected and made our stay amazing. Sadly, we did have some issues with the air conditioning. It was fixed after the third fail. It only mattered because we are from a colder country and the heat in Hawaii was enormous for us - especially the baby. However, we didn't let it hinder our stay much, and the repair staff were really nice!

Loved our stay!
The property and unit was amazing. Perfect for families to stay in. Our kids loved the pools and the lagoon was beautiful. It's right next door to the Disney resort so we got to visit there, enjoy the character brunch, and grab some shaved ice! Plenty of great sights, hikes, shops, and places to visit in close proximity.

Spacious suite in beautiful location
Our extended family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Villas. The three bedroom unit was well designed and nicely appointed. The location in Ko Olina can't be beat. The lagoon is not only beautiful but tranquil enough for little ones to enjoy. As an added bonus, there is coral and fish on the sides of the lagoon. The villa supplied us with snorkel equipment as well as boogie boards which made the water experience that much better. Correspondence with ownership was always prompt and professional. We highly recommend Beach Villas and would not hesitate to stay there again for our next trip to Oahu.

Perfect location for our family reunion!
The Beach Villas was a perfect choice for our family reunion. The resort had multiple pools and a lagoon area that our girls loved. The experience was first class from check in with our greeter to check out. They were very responsive to any requests that we had. The villa was clean and was equipped with snorkel gear, body boards and chairs for a day of fun on the beach. We rented 2 villas for our family in the same tower and we absolutely loved our stay there!

beautiful, peaceful resort- perfect for small families
Stayed for 10 days in this beautiful condo- great location- steps from the beach. Nice pools, condo well furnished, wonderful views. Situated between Disney resort and Marriott hotel, this resort offers privacy in a pristine setting. It is the perfect getaway. Families are welcome, but the size of this resort limits the crowds and the noise level. We loved it here!!! A true gem...

Wonderful Thanksgiving in Hawaii!
My family and I rented this third floor condo over this past Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was exactly as advertised - beautifully maintained, wonderful location, and extremely clean. All of the furniture appeared to be brand new and was modern and comfortable. The grounds were immaculately maintained - the pools and spas were beautiful and the beachview bar with music, sports and friendly bartenders was a great evening activity for adults. There is a fully functioning gym as well with new equipment that overlooks one of the pools. The best part was probably the private lagoon that is right behind the condo complex. Although it is between the lagoons for the Marriott and Disney hotels, it was private, never too crowded, and an amazing place to spend the day snorkeling (saw tons of fish and a huge sea turtle!) Good place for families with children but also for those who are looking for a quite getaway (pool below the condo can get loud depending on the number of occupants but that was never really an issue). The management company/condo owners were extremely responsive. There was an issue with the air conditioning in the master bedroom which was fixed immediately. However, the breeze throughout the condo made the air conditioning mostly unnecessary. Upon arrival, the condo had sufficient starter amenities (toilet paper, condiments, etc.) but not enough for an entire week for a larger group of people and guests have to restock themselves. However, that was a minor issue that did not impact our stay whatsoever. Overall, we loved the trip and the condo and we are looking forward to staying here again!

First VRBO, the bar is high
This was my first VRBO. My family and I went to Ko Olina for my 40th birthday. The Villa was a beautiful and just as described. If you're planning on going to Oahu, Ko Olina is your best bet. The Villa grounds were well manicured and clean. The pools are fantastic with one being a quite pool, which I really enjoyed and appreciated them accommodating people who want to relax by the pool with a good book. The adjacent lagoon was great, we switched from a day at the beach, then a day at the pool, rinse and repeat. There's grocery stores about 10 miles away but the ABC store affiliate across the street is well stocked and cheaper. Great stay, thanks for the great facility!

Beautiful and well maintained property in West Oahu. Many included amenities including ocean lagoon.
This 3 bed 2.5 bath condo in the Beach Villa Resort Ocean Tower complex worked perfectly for our family vacation. The floorplan flowed smoothly from bedrooms in the back, all the way out to the lanai. The master bedroom had a beautiful walk-in shower and deep soaking tub. The well appointed kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and having stores 10 minutes away made shopping very convenient. Opening up the sliding wall of window doors, the view from the 3rd floor lanai was amazing, as it overlooked the quiet pool courtyard, palm trees and ocean visible in the distance. There were two highlights for the kids; feeding the abundant koi in the ponds, and swimming in the lagoon pool. The sandy beach and shallow swim area at one end were perfect for the younger ones. Just behind the pool, you left the gated property and crossed the walking path to a man-made lagoon, connected to the ocean by shallow inlets. These inlets allowed sea water exchanges with the lagoon, but kept the water calm at the beach for the children. There was an ample assortment of reef fish in the rocky parts of the lagoon for the snorkelers. Being on the dry side of the island the weather at the resort was the best on Oahu almost every day. Travel time to the various sightseeing destinations was usually under an hour. Closer to the condo, it was only a short walk to the Ko Olina marketplace with its Two Scoops ice cream shop, ABC Store and the very popular and delicious Monkey Pod restaurant. All of these elements made for a wonderful family vacation. The condo staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Michael and Vicky, who manage the property, helped answer our questions, provided a beautiful welcome basket of island treats, and oriented us to the condo, property and amenities. We would not hesitate to recommend, or return ourselves to stay during a future Hawaiian vacation.

This was a clean, quiet, and relaxing resort. It is in a more slow paced location than Honalulu, but easy driving distance to anywhere in Oahu.
