Let’s call this a family reunion holiday
Not often (if all) that I’d say that I’d come and stay at the same place again). Beautiful condo with amazing service. Only request would be a little later check out time. Otherwise, perfect!!!

Beautiful Property
My husband and I took both of our elderly mothers for their first visit to Hawaii. We wanted a place where they could enjoy the outdoors and feel safe on days they did not want to sightsee with us; this was the perfect spot! Appreciated the timely and caring communications with the owner. Having a greeter upon check-in was very welcomed. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!!!
Wow, what a beautiful place at a perfect location, views are stunning and with all the comfortable needs one would want and need on a vacation, we all needed a break from our professional lives and got that and more, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, with all the confidences at you fingertips, from comfy beds, to a “chefs” kitchen, relaxing pools, beach wow just wow. Lovely and peaceful condo
We had a wonderful stay! Beach area was close and not crowded at all. Pool was beautiful. Lots of great restaurants nearby, even close enough to walk. Condo was very nice and provided extras like beach chairs and snorkel masks. Parking spots are very small and a lot of people have giant cars!

Wonderful Ocean Front Condo
Love this complex and location. Condo is stocked with everything you need for cooking, beach toys for the kids, chairs. Ocean front view is beautiful we enjoyed our time here. Beach access is right out the door, man made lagoon is perfect for swimming and the beach is never that crowded. ko’Olina has been our go to our last few visits we love the area and we would definitely stay in the Beach Villas again.

Luxury paradise that feels like home.
The condo was beautiful, there was everything you could possibly need, we wish we didn't have to leave! The only downside is the parking spots are TOO small. I did not find out until the day before I left if you have a van or large SUV you can tell the front desk and they'll get you a larger spot.

Perfect Accommodation and Location
Absolutely perfect! This apartment was spacious, clean, and beautiful. We had everything we needed from coffee machine to beach toys. The beds were very comfortable. The pools and jacuzzis were awesome, and the lagoon was perfect for my grandchild to play for hours each day. I loved Ko'Olina. It is a beautiful and quiet area, away from the busy Waikiki. I highly recommended this apartment and would love to return someday.

Great family getaway
Very well equipped and spacious condo in Ko Olina. We have young children and had access to everything we could want - stroller, play pen, high chair, beach toys, shade tent, beach chairs.. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking tools and dishes. View from the lanai is beautiful, walk to the lagoon is easy. This neighbourhood is lovely.

Beautiful Aloha
We’ve always stayed and always enjoyed staying at the Beach Villas in Ko’Olina, and this time is no different. Eric was easy to talk and work with. I asked for a crib for my 15-month old grandson, and there it was. There even was a high chair available. The property and location make a perfect Oahu experience. Thank you. We plan to go back.

Beautiful place and location
What a beautiful place! We feel privileged to have stayed here and enjoyed our short visit to Oahu. It's just far enough out of Honolulu to get a more rural vibe but close enough to go into town to see the sights. Shopping is close by and the lagoons are nice, too. There's a lap pool so I was able to condition enough to have a surf lesson without suffering afterward. If we come to Oahu again, this would be a top choice.

Peaceful paradise
We had such a wonderful time at this villa! The space is beautiful, clean and peaceful. It is a short walk to the beach and other resorts for exploration/food. Eric was super great to communicate with before and after our stay. The onsite staff were wonderful with easy check-in/check-out. Also, Lawrence gave us a brief tour and was responsive to the couple of questions we had during our stay. We absolutely will stay here again and will refer others as well!

Wonderful Place
For a get away on Oahu with fabulous pool and beach, this is the place. The resort is secluded enough to be away from the craziness of Oahu yet close enough to enjoy all Oahu has to offer. Great place for a family wanting to chill.

A beautiful place for whole family
We had a pleasant stay at Ko Olina. We have some small issues after move in. Eric addressed our concerns promptly. The ground is beautiful. We love the pool, beach and Lagoon. We will definitely stay here again if we come back Oahu in the future.

Great location, close to shopping. Property and grounds were beautiful. Had beach towels, toys for my grandaughter, strollers, chairs, etc. even a small cooler and two coffee pots for our large family. They made the two twins into a king and the problems we had were answered promptly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful property
We stayed at the condo for seven days and it was wonderful! The condo was beautifully decorated, very clean, well stocked, and the owner was a great communicator. The property was extremely well maintained with many features including multiple pool, great beach access, and a well stocked fitness room. We would happily stay here again if we return to Oahu.

AMAZING!
Beautiful condo with a great view overlooking the pool and beach/ocean. This is our second stay in Ko Olina and it didn't disappoint. We really only used the microwave and coffee pot as we got all of our meals at restaurants, take out and at the ABC store about 1/2 mile away. Be sure to eat at the Monkey Pod as the food is delicious. There are beach chairs and knee boards in the storage bin on the Lanai. The sunsets from the Lanai are breathtaking, almost as good as watching from the beach. The lagoon was always calm enough to swim or snorkel. Eric responded quickly to any inquiries we had. Do yourself a favor and stay at this condo on your Hawaii trip.

The condo had dirty dishes, several unworking lights and amenities,
We paid a lot of money to stay here. I would have expected the place to be in the proper condition. Several lights were not working, the wine fridge was unusable, dishes in the cabinets were dirty, no soap for the dishwasher, very little towels and my request for more were undelivered, unable to use the gym until nearly our last day because we were denied, hairdryer was all taped up and appeared to be a fire hazard.

Amazing stay with exceptional view.
Stayed here for the week with my family and the room was perfect for 6 adults and 2 children. The property was extremely cleaned and well maintained. One detail I notified is when we BBQ one night, I saw staff remove all grill crates to clean them the next morning. My kids had an amazing time in the lagoons and even saw sea turtles. High key recommend staying here. Perfect location for quiet get away.

Perfect Place to Stay in Oahu
This condo was exactly what our family needed for this vacation. I am a self-described 'hotel snob' and this condo exceeded my expectations! It was VERY clean, stocked well with everything we needed, and the property was beautiful! Check in and check out was a breeze! The staff was very accommodating and helped us with parking issues, and answering questions, providing suggestions for restaurants. The condo itself was exactly as stated in the listing, the pictures do not do the view justice! The property manager was very easy to work with when we requested to change dates and ask for a later checkout. He answered questions and concerns before our trip. I highly recommend this condo and property!

Great space and location
The Ko’Olina Beach Villas has always been a favorite spot. The grounds are immaculate and the lagoons are truly paradise. Not sure if the pandemic came into play here, so giving some grace. But the unit was not cleaned to the standard we would expect when we checked in. It was dusty , the glass tables were dirty, and the dishes all needed to be washed again. There were not enough supplies stocked for the week, so on the second day we went out and bought paper products and cleaning supplies. The resort gave us some dishwashing liquid, trash bags, and dishwasher pods. There were no kitchen towels and the beach towels were discarded from previous guests. There was a birds nest on the smaller lanai that the “greeter” said maintenance would take care of and nobody ever came.

Anniversary Celebration.
Our entire family spent 12 days at Ko Olina. It was our second stay. Our son was married in Hawaii four years ago and we stayed at Ko Olina. Great property in a prime location. Would love to go every year but the plane flight from Minnesota is not fun.

Enjoy paradise at Ko Olina
The property is great. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, as well as the on-site pool. The location is fantastic and the staff were accommodating to our requests. Although the place was nice overall, the furnishings were nice, I would have preferred to be fully stocked with laundry detergent, hand soap etc. not to have to asked for.

Family Vacation First time to Hawaii
The home is immaculate and will meet all your expectations. The area and view is spectacular and the resort style amenities were awesome. Location is not in Honolulu but you don't miss it at all, we took a couple trips into Honolulu but found that our best times were all had in the resort on the lagoon and just around Kapolei and Ko Olina. I would recommend renting a car anyways for Oahu to head out to North Shore and to drive around. Costco, Foodland (this is a must go) and Target is close enough to grab anything you may have forgotten or need.

Broken dryer
I had a fabulous time at this condo which was well stocked. I had one major problem though, a broken dryer. The dryer was broken before we even got there and the staff knew it because they called me hours after arriving asking if I would be at the condo they are sending someone up to fix the broken dryer. The next morning I tried to do my laundry since we were at the end of our vacation and needed clothes and of course the dryer didn’t work. We called maintenance, emailed the owner and visited the front desk each and every day and were told someone would come and fix it. They never showed until the late afternoon the day before we left and they never fixed it. We asked about laundry mats in the area and were told there are none. I had to buy more undergarments and towels (since we only had one per person in the condo.) which wasn’t cheap since we are a family of 7. . You are not allowed to hang things outside to dry either so what choice did I have. A few of my adult children and my husband said they wouldn’t stay there again due to the fact everyone told us it would be looked at “ later that day” , “ tonight if not the first thing in the morning” etc and no one came nor offered to help me find laundry mat or compensate me for having to buy towels and undergarments. The place was really nice and I would go back but I guess I would be going alone.

Our cleaners reported the dryer not working just prior to Donna checking in.  We had the maintenance crew attempt to fix it prior, during, and after her visit but unfortunately they couldn't get it to work after four separate attempts.  We ended up replacing the dryer a week after her stay.  This was an unfortunate case that was made even more difficult due to the HOA rules about no hanging clothes on the lanais but thankfully a dryer doesn't break very often.

5 Stars All Around! Look no further!!!
My family and brother in law's family just got back from an AMAZING stay at Eric's place!! There were 4 adults and kids ranging from 5-13 years old. Honestly, we could not have asked for anything more! I looked for A LONG time for the "perfect" place and did tons of research and this one did NOT disappoint. The property is meticulously managed, the condo is gorgeous, the beach is stunning .....the kids even loved the pools! The west side of the island is a perfect location and no "sights" are more than an hour away. We went to Kailua Beach, the North Shore, Botanical Garden, Waikiki ....my ONE complaint...we didn't stay longer!! We really needed 10 days. if we go back (which we will), I will stay at Eric's place without hesitation! He was such a responsive owner and everything went so smoothly. Thanks, Eric!!!!!!

Beautiful condo and a relaxing vacation
We had a lovely stay in this 6th floor ocean villa. There were Beautiful views from the lanais front and back. It had all the luxuries to make our stay very comfortable. The snorkeling in the lagoon and a couple miles away at electric beach were wonderful. The weather was perfect too!
