âA great stay in a fantastic location. All the staff were very welcoming. The apartment was spotless and extremely well equipped with everything youâd need for a self catering stay. We enjoyed our daily breakfast which was varied and satisfying. Both pools were great and our only criticism is not of the Solaris but of the other guests who feel the need to place their towels on the sun beds around the pool on a daily basis and not use them immediately. â
âThe personnel at the hotel had a lazy attitude and were not nice or polite. I never saw anyone of them with a smile, they were almost rude and seemed as though they did not want to help. The only person who actually was polite and gave good service was the one bartender at the hotelâs rooftop pool bar, but she was the only one that was polite.

The beach outside the hotel was lovely and the water was crystal clear . We personally preferred the beach to the pool .
The buffet food was incredible. We went to the Italian restaurant there too which was really good also .
We used the spa which was professional with great service, great gym too . And the hotel staff were lovely & very helpful.

âThis was undoubtedly one of the best stays of my life. Honestly, it was an amazing vacation in an amazing place. The resort is massive, with plenty of space for all guests to enjoyâwhether itâs the beach, pools, or numerous restaurants.
The all-inclusive package includes branded international alcohol and truly outstanding cocktails available throughout the resort. The hotel is very family- and child-friendly, featuring a great aqua park with both large and small water slides.

âMe and my wife spent our 2 last night of our honeymoon at the hotel. It was such amazing hotel and the staff was unbelievable, so good and so welcoming. The food was amazing, the cleaning was amazing everything was amazing.
