“Meliá Caribe was just ok. The staff was super friendly, the resort did a great job with providing transportation around the resort, the rooms were cleaned daily, the pools were nice. Luckily our room was close to the pool and beach and we had a second floor room with a high roof. The resort has a ton of restaurants but reservations are impossible to get, at least in the restaurants that are edible. We had to eat at the buffets for almost every meal until we couldn’t take it anymore. We went off...
