“I have been coming to this property for at least five years, and I can honestly say that I truly love this place. The location is beautiful, especially the beachfront setting and the incredible views. There is something very special about being here, and that is why I continue to return year after year. However, it is becoming increasingly disappointing to see the property decline with each visit. Every time I come back, I notice that the hotel appears less and less well maintained. Areas that...

“Unfortunately, my experience at El Valle Lodge was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, I felt that the treatment we received was not welcoming. We were made to feel as though we didn’t belong there, which was especially upsetting because we were simply vacationing in our own country. I was also surprised that basic amenities such as coffee and even ice came at an additional cost. For the price of the stay, I expected a more welcoming experience and better attention to the comfort of...

“My son had an early flight. The staff took care of getting him to the airport. His stay was awesome. There was some municipal construction that hindered access. Call before booking. I highly recommend this stay!”

“They didn't offer military discount and for the 900 spent with no t.v and the toilet being small was not worth that but in a pinch can be a beautiful place as it was for me and my wife. ”

“I enjoyed the privacy and the view. The pool was super green and not working. Wifi access was hell on earth. Alot of promises and after 8 days we checked out and still no net in thw room Breakfast area needs a serious upgrade. Lights after 7 pm on the property was poor to none. Wifi available only at the pool area that was pitch dark after 7pm. Entrance gate was like going to gym. But must say only when the owner came the gate was fixed Shuttle assistance was never available but advertised...

“The room we had was excellent. The little bar on site was was also very cool and welcoming. The only downside keeping me from giving an overall 5-star review was the loud music from the bar that went well into the evening and then into the morning. I would certainly stay again…but I’ll bring the ear plugs next time :-) ”
