“Hotellområdet är trevligt, fina pooler. Rummen helt ok. Väldigt lyhört dock så man hör varje gång grannen går på toaletten eller duschar. Ingen mottagning på telefonen och väldigt dåligt Wi-Fi, bara tillgängligt i receptionen och närheten av den (och i knappt halva restaurangen). Urtråkig mat (buffé) som bara serverades under några korta perioder på dagen. Utöver det gick det inte att köpa mat. Bättre och mysigare att ta sig till byn för mat. “The hotel is located about 10 minutes before Tortuguero town which causes a slight inconvenience with the logistics. Taxis are going back and forth all the time but the fare is not free and the cost adds up after a while. The hotel is located in a beautiful little sanctuary with their own restaurant, pool and hammocks. Absolutely perfect if you are just here for relaxation. The manager has been very accomodating and helped us with everything we needed. Definitely full points for service...

“turtles were amazing and a great experience overall! had no hot water. I understand there is no electricity but why not put a barrel on top of the building and paint it black? Also had no choice when to leave the place but with a 10am boat which was early given the overnight search for turtles, would have been nice to stay longer, the place is nice and peaceful.”

Gros avantage, l'accès à la réserve est inclus et illimité. Seul problème la mauvaise insonorisation des chambres, on entend les cousins comme si ils étaient avec nous.”
