For your convenience, we want to highlight that the apartment is situated on the second floor, and access is only available via stairs as there is no elevator. The staircase retaining its original charm, is due for a renovation.

As extra security and your safety being paramount, we`ve installed a camera outside the apartment door regulating the hallway and surroundings. Assuredly, this apparatus does not invade the privacy of the apartment`s interiors.

Commencing 1st July 2025, all visitors, including business travellers, to the enchanting city of Karlsruhe will contribute a nominal city tax of €4.00 per person per day. This mandated contribution is an investment to preserve the city`s charm and infrastructure.

To set honest expectations, please note that the sleeping arrangement in the apartment is a convertible sofa bed which will be ready for use upon your arrival, and there is no separate bedroom space.
• Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
• Please leave the apartment in a tidy and orderly condition.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
• The apartment is not to be used for commercial purposes.
