Villa Mavi, LaVanta boasts a stunning private garden. This traditional 3 bedroom property has a spacious outside area, with a private pool, and a wooden pergola, which is great for relaxing and alfresco dining. This villa is a perfect choice for large families. Also less than a 10 minute drive from a choice of shops, rooftop restaurants and bars. Ideally situated between the expansive Patara beach and the very popular Kaputas cove beach.



The Space:

The bright and airy living area has comfortable seating, a flat screen TV, and an open plan living area alongside. A set of patio doors open onto a covered terrace which is ideal for cooling down in the extremes of the summer heat.



The fully equipped kitchen has wooden units, marble worktops, Bosch appliances and a dining table for you to enjoy your morning coffee. A door from here opens onto the BBQ area and covered pergola. Steps take you down to the pool terrace, expansive garden and infinity pool.



This villa comprises of 3 spacious bedrooms located between the ground and first floor. The ground floor has a double bedroom, a separate bathroom and WC. You’ll also find the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the first floor and a twin bathroom with access to a bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom opens onto a small private balcony, perfect for enjoying a chilled drink and admiring the surrounding views.



The private swimming pool is surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and natural vegetation. One of its selling points is the beautiful garden – perfect for soaking up that Turkish sun in between cool refreshing dips. To one side is a pergola housing a dining table with chairs - perfect for dining true alfresco style. 2 steps up from the pool terrace is a comfortable seating area which is an ideal spot for entertaining. You'll be well equipped with a BBQ to prepare and enjoy tasty Turkish delights.



Guest Access:

You have access to the whole house with garden and outdoor spaces alone, including swimming pool.



Full use of LaVanta facilities including a stunning communal 25m Infinity pool with breathtaking views of the mediterranean with sun-loungers and parasols. Alongside the pool is the LaVanta ClubHouse which offers a selection of hot and cold food; beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and soft drinks. Children are also catered for with table tennis; football table; trampoline and an infant plunge pool. We look forward to welcoming you to the Clubhouse.

The Neighborhood:

Kalkan

Kalkan is a perfect escape from the hustle of everyday life! Nestled around a sheltered harbour at the foot of the stunning Taurus Mountains, this charming, unspoiled town boasts a breathtaking bay. Once a Greek fishing village called Kalamaki, Kalkan now thrives on high-end tourism. Wander the quaint old town to discover its picturesque harbour, cozy shops, and delightful eateries—from casual cafés to fine dining. You’ll find banks, supermarkets, a lively Thursday market, and a smaller Sunday market in nearby Akbel. The harbour area has something for everyone: a pebble beach, beach clubs with frequent boat shuttles, water sports, and popular day trips at sea. For a change of pace, take a quick 20-minute drive to vibrant Kas or head to Fethiye for great shopping.



LaVanta
