“Great villa on a peninsula about 10 mis drive from central Kas. Well equipped kitchen with induction hob and electric oven. Separate filtered water tap as well as mains water. Gas BBQ, external eating area and seating areas. infinity pool. We were an extended family group of 6 adults and 1 late teen. The house was perfect for us with a great view over the Med with the sunsetting in front of the pool.The house caretaker was very helpful attending to our queries efficiently and quickly. Highly...

“Wir fanden den Aufenthalt super schön dieser Ausblick top , die Lage war auch super Strände direkt dort super erreichbar mit dem Auto die Stadt genauso. Das einzige was etwas gestört hat war das ein und ausparken unseres Auto, da wir ein 9 sitzer hatten war es ab und an schwierig rein bzw. raus zu fahren aus unserem Parkplatz. Da die Straße eng ist und jedes Auto einfach irgendwie dort parken ansonsten war der Aufenthalt super und wir würden dort gerne nochmal Urlaub machen”

The villa is extremely well equipped, it was very clean and the outdoor space is lovely. It's very peaceful whilst only a 10-15 minute drive into Kalkan. The local restaurants in Islamar are well worth a visit too.”

“We stayed in the villa for 2 weeks in September. It was a very pleasant stay, located on a mountain slope, completely hidden between olive trees. The house was cozy and beautifully decorated. Yosuf the owner was very helpful. The house was cleaned once a week with clean bed linen and towels. The area was wonderfully quiet. During my walks I thoroughly enjoyed the classic way of life, the figs and grapes. The people were very nice. ”

“So, this was the first time that I'd ever stayed in a villa in Kalkan having previously stayed at a nearby hotel. Communication from the owner was great as was the payment procedure even though I was a little unnerved about not paying the deposit directly to VRBO. A quick chat with VRBO confirmed that this owner was the genuine article and was to be trusted. Prior to arrival, the owner sent us full details of the villa including WIFI, key safe codes, contact number and even step by step driving...

“The property was spotless upon entry and provided all the amenities we wished for. Walking distance to Kalcan which is important and communication with owner was perfect. They also provide a bespoke app which told us about the property as well as the area. Fantastic stay and would highly recommend. Thank you M”
