“This place is very clean, well kept with modern interior. Check-in was very easy for late arrival. Appreciate that this place was fairly close to Crater Lake as well. We slept better at this place than many of the bigger known hotels.”

“Carpet in room very worn and ratty, in need of replacement. For some reason the ONLY place in the US and Canada over almost 3 months',of travel where our credit cards were not accepted (their bank?).
Pool and spa very nice.”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we slept so soundly, The a/c worked well. If fitness center is no longer, remove the picture. Breakfast was good. Overall good place to stay.”

“This is located in a small town and close to Burney falls. Staffs are nice. Parking is okay. The room we got is located in the original building which was built i think around 1935. The room is super dusty with so much small spiders and webs. Carpet needs to change. Beddings needs to be wash properly since there some spots/dirt on them. Musty odor in the room. It is kinda spooky as well specially in the hallways. We're not big people but i felt like the bathrooms are small to move...

“The property is Western themed keeping with the town of Winthrop with cabins and 2-story buildings. Originally I was given a second story unit but asked for one on the first floor. It was clean and roomy. The walls were dark logs. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels. TV worked well. Only issue was the formica countertop was cracked on the front corner.”

“Older property but clean. Didn't smell like some older properties do. Not our first stay. We wouldn't return if we didn't like it.
Enjoyed the hot tub after a day on our feet. It isn't too hot so got a nice soak in.”
