The rooms, the food, the staff, the bar, the safari guides - everything was really top notch in every detail. I will really recommend this hotel to anyone I know who will ever visit Sri Lanka. “It's difficult to use the same approach to compare adventure camp accommodation to a city hotel. For what it was the accommodation was good and the hospitality very good. Minor maintenance issues around the camp but this did not impact on or distract from the experience.”

“Overall a cool experience, we stayed in the sky nest. It is important to know that the road getting to resort is very very rough, essentially off-roading in a jeep, maybe even worse than safari. I wouldn’t recommend older adults or young children or anyone with a disability. The resort had kind staff, great evening bbq and early morning safari packed breakfast. “We had the best experience at beach camp yala. The service was amazing and the ”room” (cabana) was really comfortable. The private beach was lovely and we were the only ones there. The Hotel has a sisterhotel (which we didn’t know avout before our stay) and we got free tuctuc-ride there whenever we wanted and we got to use the pool there and eat dinner there. We also booked safari with the hotel and got the best guide (who also was the manager) and we had the best time. We can recommend everyone...

“I am not sure that it exist. We could not find it. The guideline was wrong. No one answered the telephone. We contacted Hotels.com. They could not get in touch with Yala Wilderness Safari Camp. They tried to cancel it for us, but Yala Wilderness could not care and invoiced us anyway. Stay away from this accommandation. Hotels.com should not include them, with such a non-existing guideline to find the location and when they don´t answer their phones, then what should on do ?”
