“This is a truly a magical place. It is close enough to the Arenal touristy area but private and tucked away in nature. You will not only be in clouds but also above the clouds sometimes and hear the rain below!The one thing people might note is that the road to this place is not fully paved. So the access is a bit bumpy. But if you are truly looking for a remote place it comes with the package. The host is super responsive and helpful. It was well placed for exploring the Arenal area but be aware that the road from Nuevo Arenal is extremely pot holded and the 8 km takes 35 minutes to drive.”
